I am delighted to recommend Emere Galo for promotion from the rank of Runner to Courier. Despite struggles in her life outside the Brotherhood, she has completed all of the requirements to advance within our ranks.
In addition to completing the required fourteen days in rank, Emere has begun to stand out in Arcona. She is an active presence in the Arcona Telegram channel and has participated in ten competitions out of the five required of her. Of these competitions, five of them were for the Rites of Supremacy: Meridian. She has also co-organized two competitions of her own, including a graphics competition with fellow Battleteam member Tali Sroka. Finally, Emere has taken her first steps into the world of fiction writing by having an approved character sheet on her dossier.
I look forward to seeing all the amazing things Emere will inevitably do in her future with the Brotherhood. Keep up the hard work!

Kris, or Jael as he's called on his dossier, was one of those Journeymen who immediately drew attention to themselves through activity and service, and I'm delighted to say that trend has continued into his days as an equite. Even as he has taken on more and more responsibility within the Brotherhood, Jael has consistently been one of the most active members in the clan. Since his last promotion, he has participated in 52 competitions, including a first place finish in the last clan event. In the course of these competitions he has earned 23 crescents, including one with a Diamond Star. Unsurprisingly for a known artist, he has earned 41 Clusters of Graphite. Jael has also taken home 34 Clusters of Ice for fiction, including 3 ACC matches. However, the bulk of his day-to-day activity is as a gamer, and Kris is certainly prolific there, earning 217 Clusters of Earth, 1436 Clusters of Fire, and 10 Pendants of Blood.
In addition to his exemplary activity, Kris has served Odan-Urr well as a battleteam leader for the Wildcards and more recently as Quaestor. In that capacity he has organized 10 competitions and co-organized another 4. He has also produced 5 reports. My main directive to the house summits during the Rite of Supremacy was to lead from the front, and Kris did not disappoint me there: he earned 14 Seals of Fury and perfect participation in the Rite of Supremacy while maintaining contact with his troops throughout the event.
Now, with the RoS behind us, I look forward to seeing what Kris can accomplish as a Quaestor and beyond.

Kris has been our active force within the Clan, not letting anything slow him down. He started as a vocal young member willing to assist the clan in any way needed. This took the form of many applications and vocal opinions in chat as to how to improve the clan and Dark Brotherhood at large. He didn't get all the jobs he applied for but he kept trying and eventually got the job of BTL of Wildcards. During this post, he finally got to make his mark on a new development project for Hoth. These included assisting the battleteam with lore creation and pushing his members to contribute to the overall wildcards story, a somewhat thankless job. He also learned valuable lessons on leading a group of mostly opinionated older members. Most prominently, you get a lot of social interactions you have to learn how to deal with that are crucial to keeping a working clan and club. This can be grating but he did what had to be done and kept peace within his battleteam. Thank you.
Then he successfully applied for and has led House Hoth as its Quaestor, utilizing his skill as BTL at a slightly higher level and gaining some minions along the way. This has already involved some tough calls but Kris was willing and able to make it, sticking up for his decisions and taking in plenty of data from his members. Also, his open style of leadership and his willingness to share the burden of the House management with his Aedile is wonderful to see. Too many leaders are horrible at delegating but Kris has engaged that leadership tool readily. In addition, both BTL and QUA were in addition to his duties to the HERALD office.
Lastly, he has learned what it means to work directly in our current clan system with other leaders who wanted to make a difference. It isn't perfect but big kudos for sticking around with us to make the clan a better place. He has already provided us input on how as a team we can improve it and his feedback and already been incorporated into our own proposals. This positive mindset is great to see and helps solves problems. Thank you.
Therefore, it is my pleasure to support the recommendation that Kris/Jael be promoted to Equite 2. His amazing efforts to both the clan the Dark Brotherhood are commendable. Thank you so much for the time and energy you've put into the clan and the club overall. I can't wait to see what we can accomplish in the new year together!

Kris is great in the fact that he'll address issues and concerns going in the DB in a very human way. It's not the QUA talking to a member, it's one guy talking to another with him. He's smart, his head goes up in the clouds to get some cool ideas, but he also keeps himself down to earth when it comes to managing responsibility. The person looking over this award may not see as much as the CoU summit does in terms of watching Kris as he does his thing in the DB, but those of us who work with him do. And I can't disagree with thinking he deserves a promotion. He earned it, and the higher the rank he is, the better the DB would be for it.

Kris has, since his last promotion, provided excellent service to the Herald office and, by extension, the Brotherhood's membership as a whole. In his time serving as Praetor, Kris has provided invaluable input on project decisions and staffing, doing what each Praetor must do and serving as counselor to his charged Dark Councilor. On a more quantifiable level, Kris has completed a plethora of graphics for both member requests and quarterly staff releases. He has created seven custom weapons, eleven warbanners, and seven report graphics to fulfill member requests. In addition, he has contributed to each of the last two quarterly releases, creating three dossier selector items totaling sixty-nine individual graphics. Kris has brought both a unique style and perspective to the Herald staff, and his contributions stand him in good stead along with those of past staffers. Congratulations!

Scudi - hereinafter referred to by her original name, Kelly - has been a stalwart of Clan Plagueis for some time now and it brings me great pleasure to be writing this recommendation for her elevation to EQ4. Not only has Kelly been highly active in competitions and the like, she’s also been a contributor the clan for both lore and leadership and the clan wouldn’t be where it was without her. First though, let me start with the numbers. In the time since her last promotion, Kelly has participated in a whopping 248 competitions. This included all the events in the recent Nightmare before Sithmas, 17 events in Rite of Supremacy: Meridian, all the events (at least the ones she didn’t organize, more on that shortly) in the Mysteries of Aliso event, 8 of the 9 events in the May the 4th event, all 19 events of the Vacation on Dagobah competition, and an extremely strong showing (22 total events) in the 12th Great Jedi War. From those events, she earned a Gold Nova for her Pazaak mastery and 49 total crescents (3 Diamond, 14 Ruby, 19 Amethyst, 7 Sapphire, and 6 Emerald). On the gaming front, Kelly has earned 5210 Clusters of Fire, 594 Clusters of Earth, 29 Pendants of Blood, and has been on the top half of the GMRG leaderboard all 6 quarters in question. On the fiction side, Kelly has earned 77 clusters of ice and has been highly active in the ACC, which I’ll let the Combat Mater go into in greater detail. She’s also been active in the Shadow Academy earning 7 degrees and 27 Scrolls of Foundation and doing other work which I’ll let the Headmaster go into as well. Last but not least, she’s earned 63 Clusters of Graphite for her graphical endeavours.
Kelly’s value to the clan goes far beyond what can be told by numbers. For a year and a half, Kelly was Quaestor of Ajunta Pall and has been a valuable asset to Plagueis’ summit. She’s been an important force in driving activity not just in her house, but the Clan as a whole. She helped administer Plagueis’ “Manifest Destiny” run-on event as well as other clan competitions. Four of these competitions were part of the Mysteries of Aliso event, an event that was largely based on her suggestions. Kelly took point on organizing the four lore development events of MoA. Beyond that, she’s served as a mentor to newer leaders, helping to groom two new Aediles over the course of the past year. She’s among the consistently active members of our Telegram channel and is always there to help new members or keep people informed of the latest goings on. Her reports have always been timely and informative and she’s always gotten the results we’d expect of her. For her efforts over the past year and a half, she’s earned a Steel Cross, a Grand Cross, and a Sapphire Blade which further show the great work Kelly has done for the Clan.
To me what’s most impressive is that she’s done all this while being active in two different club wide posts. While I’ll let those leaders discuss her work for the ACC and the Shadow Academy, I just wanted to add that I’m always pleased to see members that want to do work not just for the betterment of their units, but for the betterment of the club as a whole. It takes being willing to go that extra mile to get to this level in the Brotherhood and I think Kelly has done more than enough to earn it.
Good work, Scudi/Kelly!

While Arden has discussed at length Scudi/Kelly’s various accomplishments as Quaestor, I do also want to highlight her presence and attitude as a member of Plagueis in general. Having served in a house leadership position for quite some time - including as Quaestor of House Ajunta Pall for over a year - Kelly may very well have been expected to just toddle off after she was done and sit around, watching the clan move forward from a distance. But Kelly has never been that kind of person. She is active, engaged, and supportive of her fellow members, regardless of whatever official position or title has been bestowed upon her.
Kelly is a creator and producer, as seen by the various competitions she has run and continues to run. Most recently, even after stepping down as Quaestor, she has continued to provide outlets for Plagueians to participate in, such as a word search competition and a trivia competition in December of 2018. She supports her house summit in organizing events and opportunities for members to have fun and become involved in both Plagueis as a whole and its lore.
In writing this recommendation, I obviously had to go back through the records, including Kelly’s DJB history, to confirm dates and numbers. It takes me thirteen pages just to get through 2018 - that’s how much Kelly has done, how many awards she’s earned, how much work she’s put into the Brotherhood itself. Her assessment since her last promotion shows how many PvP matches she’s played, how many containers she’s participated in, how many words she’s written fiction-wise (those numbers, by the way, are 484, 32, and 17,340, respectively). Even while running a sub-unit, she still took time to prove herself as a participant and active member, and she can be equated to a leviathan when it comes to that. She serves as an incredible example of membership presence and activity, and that is something every DB member, let alone every Plagueian, can aspire to.
Kelly is helpful, honest, and forward when it comes to everything Plagueis. When she believes in something, she staunchly defends it, and when she sees a problem, she addresses it firmly. You will always know what her opinion is about something, and it’s refreshing. She may not always see eye to eye with everyone, but her perspective, especially when it contrasts with the main consensus, is so important when it comes to keeping an open mind and seeing other sides. This, to me, is exemplary of an Equite who deserves elevation to the final Equite level.
Thank you, Kelly, for all you’ve done, and I look forward to seeing more from you as you settle in as a regular member of Plagueis. Congratulations.

Kelly has been one of my inherited staffers passed down from Farrin when I stepped up to Headmaster, and she has not disappointed. While her individual SA metrics (6 exams graded) since her last award have been low, she has made up for it by performing well as my advisor. I have bounced ideas around concerning the SAS, which she helped by suggesting new rank names and possible new items to replace those being folded into other ranks. She has also advised on upcoming courses, and gave some thoughts on a possible Graphics Hall. Beyond all of this she has relayed issues members have had with SA courses for us to fix.
I’ve enjoyed working with Kelly and look forward to what she is capable of in the future. Congratulations on this well earned promotion!
Daniel “Seraphol” Stevens
Headmaster of the Shadow Academy
General Daniel Stephens, 2019-01-03 15:07:30 UTC
Kelly Mendes, now known as Scudi Ferria, has been a successful addition to my ACC staff. Showing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, Kelly has taken to the structure of the office and has taken part in both discussion and project work. Since her last promotion, Kelly has both judged and participated in the ACC itself. This is a critical balance to strike and one she does without much issue. After all, how can we be expected to pass judgement if we don't receive it ourselves? We have to know the system as a participant, as well as an administrator.
Since her last promotion, Kelly has judged 24 battles, finished 8, and provided 1 original venue for the Scenario Hall. She also looked over the names of other scenarios and brought in potential images. This helped in the smooth re-integration of the Scenario Hall in its transformed state. Beyond this, she never balks at feedback. Her judgements are done in a timely manner and she both listens and adapts to the feedback provided. It is clear that she has both technical knowledge and a will to apply it. All this combines with a contrasting voice that never hesitates to offer up a differing angle to ensure the whole picture is seen. That is something that I will always consider of great value.
It has been a pleasure working with her, and it is with pride that I outline her contributions as a recommendation for promotion. Congratulations, Kelly.

Furios has been a key member of Plagueis for some time now, and I’m very pleased to recommend him for this well earned promotion. He’s been consistently active the past 2 years both generally and in major events. Since his last promotion, Furios has competed in a total of 159 competitions. This number includes 16 events in RoS:M, 7 in the Nightmare before Sithmas Event, and 29 events in the 2018 Pro Bowl event. From these efforts, he’s earned 51 total crescents (13 Ruby, 15 Amethyst, 13 Sapphire, 7 Emerald, and 3 Topaz) and a Bronze Nova. In the gaming world, Furios has been fairly active, earning 306 Clusters of Fire, 27 Clusters of Earth, and 5 Pendants of Blood. Beyond that, he’s earned 47 Clusters of Graphite for his graphics efforts and 20 Clusters of Ice for his fiction work. He’s been active in the Shadow Academy earning 3 degrees and passing 7 courses since his last promotion. To top it all off, he’s earned an Anteian Cross, a Steel Cross, and a Grand Cross for his assorted efforts.
Where Furios really shines though is in his work as a leader. For over a year and a half, Furios led House Karness Muur and did so very successfully. He’s been an asset to the summit, helping out with a variety of activities over the time he was a leader. The most visible example of his work was the very popular Vacation on Dagobah event that Furios helmed last winter. Though some might question his selection of planets to plan a clan vacation on, one cannot question the fact that the event itself was a ton of fun. Furios took point on this whole endeavor including planning all the events, creating some story to go along with it, and everything else that goes along with an event of this nature. He always provided informative and engaging reports and was a key point of contact members both new and old. Even since he stepped down from his position, Furios has continued to be a strong and active member.
Overall, Furios has been the model example of what we can expect of a member and leader in the club. His hard work and dedication has made Plagueis a better place and he more than deserves to be recognized for that. Furios, thanks for your good work over the years and I hope to see you continue to be an asset in the future. Just next time you pick us all a vacation spot, look for a tropical beach planet.

Since the day I joined Plagueis, Furios has been a constant example of what it means to be a Plagueian. Whether it is the encouragement to not only participate and do your best but to more importantly have fun while doing it or helping push and train the next generation of leaders within the club. During his time as the House Karness Muur Quaestor, Furios made sure to create fun and engaging competitions to ensure the clan was kept busy and laughing. His passion for his clan was evident in the Vacation On Dagobah event that he proposed and spearheaded, this incredibly successful event is still talked about by participants.
Even after stepping down from his long career in club leadership Furios has not only actively participating in comps both big and small but he has been a consistent participant in the clan Telegram channel encouraging participation, leading conversations and making the clan laugh.
On a personal level, I have had the pleasure of being taken under Furios’ wing and being taught what it means to be a leader in this club. That what we do for the members can be a lot of fun and satisfying. He has always been someone willing to listen, let you grow and offer advice when asked. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be the leader I am today if it weren’t for Furios taking me on as his Aedile. Thank you for your tutelage, this is a well deserved promotion, we’ll have to celebrate with a bowl of Fury-O’s.

Furios has proven, time and time again, that he is a capable leader and active member of Plagueis. When he is on it, he is on it, and members can look up to him as a productive mentor and participant.
Arden and TuQ’uan already did pretty well when it came to noting the various accomplishments and accolades of Furios Morega di Plagia. He got the title for a reason, setting an example for

It has been an absolute honor to have Tahiri Thorn Morte Tarentae as a member of our clan. She has been a tremendous addition and asset to Plagueis since she transferred here, and I have been continuously impressed by her dedication, commitment, and positive and productive attitude.
Since her last promotion in December of 2017, Tahiri has participated in a whopping 233 competitions, which include both Plagueis competitions and DB-wide competitions. She earned 14 Seals of Fury in the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian, as well as participated in seven out of the ten events provided in the Plagueis Nightmare Before Sithmas event. Recently, she was named Avatar of Strife for winning the most ACC matches in the final quarter of 2018. In total, due to her consistent participation in the club, she has earned four Legions of the Scholar, 27 Clusters of Graphite, 33 Clusters of Ice, 41 Clusters of Fire, one Crescent with a Topaz Star, six Crescents with Emerald Stars, 15 Crescents with Sapphire Stars, 20 Crescents with Amethyst Stars, six Crescents with Ruby Stars, a Steel Cross, and a Grand Cross of the Dark Side.
I am not exaggerating here when I say that I receive emails about Tahiri’s participation almost daily. It seems that every time a Brotherhood-wide event gets graded, she is a participant - and a lot of times, she’s placing. I love seeing fellow club members give kudos to her for her constant presence and activity, which shows that she is being a true representative of Plagueis’s values of hard work and showing up to do all of the things.
Since late August of 2018, Tahiri has been serving as Aedile of House Karness Muur, and again, she has proven to me and the rest of her summit how capable she is of being an available and dedicated leader. She constantly shows enthusiasm for events she both organizes and co-organizes (having organized/co-organized five since her last promotion), encouraging members to participate and rooting for them the whole way. I honestly do not think there is a single mean bone in her body - she is compassionate, sympathetic, supportive, positive, and charismatic. She focuses on the good that the clan is doing, working to make it better while also acknowledging its progress. Her chipper yet also relaxed demeanor is contagious, and it puts the various members of Plagueis in a good mood. Not only is she there to help her house members as their Aedile, but she is also around to provide beneficial energy for the clan as a whole. That should not be overlooked.
I cannot imagine Plagueis without Tahiri now - that is how much of a healthy impact she has left on it so far. She wholeheartedly deserves this promotion to EQ3, and I am so grateful that she decided to join our humble little clan. Congratulations, Tahiri, and thank you for everything.

Since joining Clan Plagueis, Tahiri has quickly become a close member of the Plagueian family. One can always rely on Tahiri to not only encourage members to participate but also practice what she preaches and brings her A-game to each and every competition she enters. Tahiri is always a big ball of energy when interacting with others and shows an incredible amount of excitement and drive in everything she does and is constantly volunteering herself for any available tasks. In the recent Nightmare Before Sithmas event, she made sure to stay up to date with all of the members of House Karness Muur through whichever means was most convenient for the member; she also kept up the hype for the event through the Plagueis Telegram chat and helped Ronovi with graphics for the event. All of this was done while giving her all in the event and even placing in three of the competitions. But this is just the most recent example of Tahiri’s drive.
Since the end of August, Tahiri has been invaluable as Aedile to House Karness Muur, never afraid to continue learning and helping impart some of her own knowledge on others. It is evident in just about everything that she does that she wants to see each and every member of the house grow and have fun. I am lucky to not only share a clan with Tahiri but also to be able to work with her and even call her a friend. This is a well deserved promotion, and I am honoured to recommend you for it. Congratulations, Tahiri - I look forward to seeing everything you have in store in the future!

Since his last promotion, Zanothi has competed in one manual competition, two regular competitions, a timed competition, and one container competition. Also since his last promotion, Zanothi earned himself five Pendants of Blood and four Clusters of Earth. Also he has completed eleven Shadow Academy Courses and earned one degree.

Zanothi has been a real treat to have as an apprentice. He always goes above and beyond to find every possible thing that he needs to know, does what he needs to do and looks for more. Real life has interrupted his progression to this point, but he has tirelessly soldiered on the best he could. He may not have an impressive ID Line yet, but he has the heart and the drive to entire the rank of Knight. As someone who has helped him since his first steps on the Light Path, I've found myself wanting to do more just to not be shown up by him. In time, I expect him to be able to extend that inspiration to others and definitely make a name for himself.
Zanothi Nightblade has weathered the storm of my tutelage, taking every criticism in stride and learning from the mistakes made. He has shown to me that he is worthy of this promotion and I add my own voice to that of Len in this recommendation. Congratulations, Zanothi. It's been a long time coming.
