A promotion to JM4 is a very exciting time not only for the member but for the Clan community as a whole. It's a time where we celebrate the hard work a new member has put in to get to this point. It's a great time for the member being promoted to be the center of attention for they have completed their trials and now stand on their own within the clan and the club as a whole.

Ozosi Vym or as most of us know her as Kris' has gone out and has destroyed her Promotion requirements and in such a quick fashion as well. She could have rested and relaxed and just waited for her time in grade to be up. This, of course, was not her style she kept finding new things to do and expand her horizons not only within the Clan but she recently got hired as an SA Docent as well. I will let her Master speak directly on her activities since he was with her the whole time.

I'll honestly admit that when Kris first joined the House 6 months ago she was quiet and I didn't really know her well. Since then she has not only become more comfortable to be a noticeable figure in the telegram chats. She came into her own during the War as well.

The last few months watching Kris come into her own and become a active vibrant member of Hoth and Odan-Urr has been such a joy. I already see how she will make a great leader in the club one day and I'm so excited for her to see where she will go from here. I don't think this is the last promotion or award she will get.

Kris you are a wonderful person, an awesome member and more importantly a person I know I can count on. I'm glad I got to know you and I'm happy you accepted me as a friend as well. Your attitude and spirit are infectious and you do inspire and push me to be the best leader and member as I can be. So from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for bringing your spark to COU and Hoth!

I've seen a number of great Journeymen reach Knighthood in my tenure as Headmaster, but rarely have I ever gotten as excited about one as I am about Ozosi (or Kris). She's a whirlwind of activity and I can tell that she's quickly becoming a big part of COU.

When I recently put out a call for Professors and Docents, I only received a handful of applications and hers was one of them. I was blown away. It was professional (more so than I've seen in some applications to cross my real life desk), it was thorough, and it contained action plans. Yeah, you heard me - action plans! For a PROF/DOC position! As you can guess, of course I hired her. In the weeks since she's jumped right into work, going over each of her courses with a fine-toothed comb to check for errors and brainstorm areas they can be expanded or altered for the better. She's done more work in the short period of time she's been on the Shadow Academy staff than most of her fellow staffers have in their much longer tenures - and most of them are veteran Equites!

Kris has more than earned this promotion to JM4, and I'm happy to have been asked to write in support of it. What excites me more than anything, though, is that I know she's far from done. Congrats!

Ozosi Vym, a person I have had the honor to get to know since the beginning. I am exceedingly proud to count her as my fellow Odanite and now as a fellow full-fledged Knight. A fellow sister in Odan-Urr, someone I can game and write with, not including the shenanigans along the way. She has become a very real part of Odan-Urr's community and I can't imagine it without her now. Moreover, she has already started to take on some responsibility in the club, giving back through helping out the SA's office.

As her former Rollmistress and friend, I am exceedingly proud of how far she has come and I am excited to know that I have no idea how far she will soar. I first met Ozosi Vym as a shiny member, directly recruited by another within House Hoth. Then, within a matter of days from Ozosi joining us on Telegram, Blade approached me about becoming Kris' mentor in the Brotherhood. Rather than immediately saying yes, as some would, Ozosi chose to first take the time to get to know me before coming to a decision.

As mentor and Aedile, Ozosi has exceeded all expectations and tasks I have set. Yet Kris shows no signs of slowing, becoming a Docent within the Shadow Academy before hitting Knight and asking what else could be done for the Clan and the Brotherhood as whole. Yes, you read that right, a Journeyman still learning the ropes of how the club works asking what they can do to continue improving the experience for others.

I know this is only the beginning of Ozosi's journey and I look forward to seeing where she goes from here. It's my distinct pleasure to recommend Ozosi Vym be promoted to Journeyman 4.

Congratulations, my friend. It's been a long journey thus far and it only continues from here. You've more than earned this, Kris.

The time has finally come, the one we anxiously wait for the moment we join the club. The ascension to Knighthood. Over the last few months, Hyle Alihandross has done some great things as a JM3. He has participated in 15 competitions, been awarded 2 Crescents for placing in major competitions, co-organized 1 fiction competition, wrote a nice wiki page for his character, and wrote 3000 words of character fiction as reviewed by his master. During this process, he has racked up 14 Clusters of Ice and reached INQ Society Rank 4.

Unfortunately, this doesn't tell the whole story. It doesn't speak to his service to Odan-Urr and his fellow Odanites. Simply put we had a Great Jedi War and Hyle more than showed up. In addition, he's been writing with his fellow Odanites and has shown wonderful support to the Clan. He has so much potential and I can't wait to see him unlock even more of it.

For all this, I am very pleased to recommend that Hyle Alihandross be promoted to the rank of Knight. Odan-Urr is proud to have him and we look forward to what he does next. I just want to say that you've made me so happy and proud of you today. Congratulations and enjoy all the new shinies that Knight gives you!

The time has come for my apprentice Hyle Alihandross to be knighted! As Aura has stated, he’s participated in a number of competitions even hosted a fiction competition and more. It has been a great opportunity to be Hyle’s master. He has been a great apprentice, reaching out to me whenever he needs assistance and showing initiative. Hyle seems to always be busy writing a fiction and supporting the clan.

When I first encountered Hyle as he stepped from his shuttle, I could sense that he had great promise. He did not protest when I took him straight to training. At first, he thought I was kidding when I brought out the training drone with a helmet with a blinder on it. Quickly he realized that I was not. It was a proud moment once we went thru many lessons that Hyle learned to truly understand the force.

Can’t wait to see what he will bring forth in the future. As his master I highly recommend that Hyle Alihandross be promoted from his rank of JM3 to the rank of Knight. Again, I look forward to seeing what he will write next! Congratulations!

I am delighted to announce that Joe Durham is eligible for promotion.

First of all, he has shown excellence throughout the Shadow Academy, completing no less than twenty-five exams. This has also helped him obtain the fifth rank in the Shadow Academy's society. He is also showing an interest in writing, having earned two Clusters of Ice and reached the second rank in the Inquisitorius.

Joe has tried his hand at character development, both by creating an approved Character Sheet, and by starting work on his character's Wiki page.

During his time in his previous Clan, Tarentum, Joe took part in an impressive six competitions, including earning his first Crescent.

Finally, he has completed the required 14 days at his current rank.
