Eilen Jath, or Techie, has been one of our hardest working and most eager new apprentices. Over the last 14 days in his current rank, he has submitted and had approved a Character sheet, joined and been active on Telegram in his Clan channel and logged on to the DJB Voice server, and done plenty of participating, having taken part in 5 competitions. The time has come for Joe Durham to be granted his Knighthood. Since joining Taldryan, he has been an excellent example of activity.

Firstly, he has taken part in an impressive sixteen competitions, earning a Crescent in four of these. His fine activity across a whole range of competitions has also given him ten Clusters of Ice, from writing over five thousand words of fiction.

The Shadow Academy is perhaps where Joe has really excelled. He has, as a result of his careful studies, earned seven degrees, including the Dark Savant History & Lore. He's also shown interest in becoming a leader in the club, having passed both Leadership Management and Leadership Reports. All of this work in the Shadow Academy has allowed him to obtain the sixth rank in the SA's society.

Joe has also shown an interest in character development, having recently worked on his Wiki page to a quality standard, as verified by Wiki staff member Bentre.

Finally, Joe's held the rank of Hunter for 28 days.

In the last few months I've gotten to know Joe Durham fairly well. He joined Tarentum shortly before we closed as a new member eager to dive into the DJB. The closure of Tarentum could have demoralized him, but instead he chose to stay active and come to Taldryan with me.

He's been a great apprentice and has exceeded all expectations and goals I set for him during his Apprenticeship. He has never said "I can't do that" when I've given him a task or a suggestion to help him progress in the DJB.

He has been a great student and I'm incredibly happy with his progress and how quickly he became acclimated to the DJB. At this point there's nothing left to teach him, he has learned everything he needs to know and gotten all the tools he needs to flourish in the DJB.

They say good things happen to those who wait, and I've been waiting for this moment for some time. Drae'lath Rahath has proven himself to be quite an interesting student to mentor. Unlike most other Journeymen who zerg themselves as quickly as possibly up to Knight, Drae'lath savored the moment. He told me early on, "I'm not going to rush, I'm going to do this on my schedule and enjoy the process." And you know what, it's made me enjoy it more too. Drae'lath Rahath has been an outstanding addition to Naga Sadow and I am so happy to be writing this recommendation.

Since his last promotion at the beginning of December, Drae has participated in six competitions bringing in one Crescent with Amethyst Star and one Crescent with Sapphire Star. Further, he finished 1 ACC battle and participated in 1 Fiction activity writing a total of nine-hundred-forty-one words, netting him a total of four Clusters of Ice. All the while, Drae has kept his head in the books and passed two SA courses.

In terms of his promotion requirements, Drae'lath has spent the required 28 days in his current rank (65 actually), he has participated in more than fifteen competitions, co-organized one competition, acquired more than 75 Clusters of Earth, been awarded 7 Clusters of Ice, wrote more than 1500 words of Character Fiction and has been awarded three Crescents and a merit award (Dark Cross).

Drae'lath has firmly established himself as a regular presence on all forms of Naga Sadow communications and can be found at almost any hour of the day in the Telegram chat. In fact, I'm not sure when he sleeps...
