Event History

After nearly four years in the Rogues, Korroth hit us like a tidal wave of activity when he returned to the Clan in February. He’s been one of our star members, particularly during the recent feud with Plagueis, in which he participated in 8 of the 11 competitions. That’s third highest participation in the House, beaten only by the Summit. Since his promotion to EQ1 way back in 2011, Korroth has contributed to 65 competitions, bringing home 2 novae and 16 crescents for Odan-Urr. He won a crescent on literally his first day back on active duty. After such a long absence, he decided he needed to pay a visit to the Shadow Academy to catch up. 27 courses and 3 degrees later, he’s the most active student in Odan-Urr for 2016.

In addition to his undeniably impressive activity, Korroth is also a regular in the Clan’s Telegram channel. He has a kind word for everyone, and regularly plugs reports, competitions, and important forum posts for the Clan. As one of the founders of House Odan-Urr, you might expect Korroth to push for much-deserved respect. On the contrary, he’s humble and focused only on what he can give to the Clan, not what we can do for him. For all of these reasons, I recommend that Korroth be promoted to the rank of Equite 2.

Korroth is the kind of member that a leader loves to have. In my time knowing him as his Quaestor he has been quite the energetic ball of activity as detailed above. His activity during the recent Feud have been outstanding and has even earned him some nice dossier bling for his efforts. But activity alone does not an Equite make. It takes something more, a thing that is not quite quantifiable in numbers. An Equite whether or not they happen to be in a position of leadership is in their own right a leader to their unit. Korroth is a leader without a position. He regularly goes out of his way to offer advice and assistance to his fellow clanmates. He is present and active which sets an example for his peers to emulate. Korroth already acts like an Equite 2, it is simply a matter of correcting his dossier to reflect this.

Korroth, you are truly a shining star in Satele Shan. I know that I will have the pleasure of writing more recs for you in the future.

I knew Korroth a long time ago, being back when House Odan-Urr was first being formed. He was, in fact, one of the first members I was introduced to as a new recruit. At that time, he was responsible for authoring much of our content that has since been updated—and lately dismantled as our Clan advances into a new era. This is ancient knowledge known to few remaining in Odan-Urr, but still something that I feel is somehow relevant when speaking of his skills and character. Lately, he has continued that trend through a return to his former activity and now has volunteered to aid us in building our new worlds. I know from his previous work that his skill in wiki editing is unrivalled, along with his desire to build up a unit's lore from nothing. In a recent feud with Plagueis, he took first and second placements in two events, participating in everything that he possibly could, which speaks to his ongoing activity of which, he has easily become one of our top members from returning in February.

Korroth is one of the members that you remember for a long time. Equally important is that memories about him will always be positive. It is so, because Korroth is one of the most excellent member of Clan Odan-Urr. He is an extremely active person, who competes in countless competitions. Thanks to this, he has earned numerouss Crescents of various types, Clusters of Fire, Clusters of Earth and Clusters of Ice. His collection of awards is really very impressive.

Apart from regular activity and presence on Telegram channel of Clan Odan-Urr, Korroth is a very kind and helpful person, who is deeply dedicated to our community. He has offered me to proofread COU stories writing guideline, which is going to get published within few days, and has provided invaluable insight into it. Thanks to his assistance, the guideline has been greatly improved and will serve COU members much better.

Since Len Iode’s last promotion he has been a valued and active member of Clan Odan-Urr and House Satele Shan. He has participated in 48 competitions and has organized 1. His competition participation has netted him a nifty cache of 2 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 3 Crescents with Sapphire Star, and 3 Crescents with Emerald Star. Len has been an active gamer participating in 35 PvP activities and 37 PvE activities, which has earned him 308 Clusters of Fire, 98 Clusters of Earth and 1 Pendent of Blood. He has also shown interest in the fiction side of the club, having submitted 2 fiction activities consisting of 4332 words and earning himself a tidy 8 Clusters of Ice. Additionally he has visited the Shadow Academy and has passed 2 SA courses. To top it all off Len has earned himself 1 Dark Cross.

Len is the type of member that leaders can count on to keep the activity levels up. He can usually be found gaming though as listed above he also has interests in other facets the Brotherhood has to offer. Though being a bastion of activity is not all that makes up Len, he can be found in clan chat supporting his fellow members through conversation and offering his assistance when and where he can. For these reason I put Len Iode forth to become an Equal, and Equite 1.

Len, I am very proud of everything you have accomplished and I know you are already an Equite inside, we just need to get your dossier adjusted to reflect. Keep up the good work brother and I am sure I will be writing more reqs for you soon.

I haven't been more surprised with anyone I have met in any online club than i have been with Len Iode. From our very first meeting to becoming my student to today I have been consistently surprised with Len's drive, ambition, dedication and loyalty to his friends, BT and Clan. He is one of the few people in the DJB I can have a honest conversation with, that I can count on and more importantly he has earned my trust.

Even though recently his activity has slowed due to good things in RL he still has amassed an impressive number of awards including a Dark Cross, Crescents and Clusters along with the 48 Competitions he participated in.

I enjoy gaming with him, talking through ideas or just having a laugh while gaming. I see Len having a great career in the DJB and one day would make a great leader! SO for these reasons and much more I'm happy to recommend Len Iode for his promotion to Major (EQ1) he has more than earned it!!

Len is a model Odanite. Mako has already listed the dozens of competitions and clusters that he's accumulated since his last recognition. But beyond the numbers, Len’s just a stellar guy. I have never known him to be involved in a conflict or speak ill of anyone in the Brotherhood. On the contrary, he’s a regular contributor to Telegram and our email list, where he offers support and encouragement to our entire community. COU’s greatest asset is the community of people who are eager to contribute and who will go out of their way to help others achieve their goals. Len Iode epitomizes this attitude.
