Frotsu, where should I start? Frotsu has been a great member of Taldryan. He has participated in 5 competitions, and he has even went on an earned himself 71 Clusters of Fire, far surpassing the Cluster of Earth requirement needed. Frotsu has written 843 words of fiction. Frotsu, when he's not writing fiction is making posts on the Brotherhood Forums. Alara Deathbane is a name that resonates constantly in the past few weeks. She has a frequent presence in the telegram chat with the rest of her clan. She has been knocking out shadow academy courses as well to ascend the ranks of the society. She has participated in many competitions that have granted her crescents for placing in two. She has taken two leadership courses, expanding on knowledge that will reflect her skills as as potential leader in the near future. Alara has, once again, been a remarkable apprentice. She has constantly been working on her requirements, taking exams to excel in the SA, take part and place in competitions, participate in pazaak, and has been a huge presence in telegram. Since his last promotion Alethia Achenksova, known as Arch, has been a bright light of activity within Clan Odan-Urr and House Satele Shan. In this time Arch has participated in 40 competitions and has run or co-organized an additional 3. His participation and drive to win has earned him a multitude of Crescents. Those Crescents being 2 Crescents with Diamond Star, 2 Crescents with Ruby Star, 3 Crescents with Amethyst Star, 6 Crescents with Sapphire Star, 5 Crescents with Emerald Star, 3 Crescents with Topaz Star, and 1 Legion of Scholar. Competitions have not been Arch’s only interest however. He has also been a part of 10 PvP Matches and 3 PvE activities which has earned him 37 Clusters of Fire and 11 Clusters of Earth. Arch has also shown that he is not just a gamer with 2 fiction activities and 1598 words of fiction to his name and has received 3 Clusters of Ice . Arch has also displayed his thirst for knowledge by passing 13 Shadow Academy courses. For his efforts during this time he has been awarded 2 Anteian Cross’ which bear testament of his value to the Clan and House. Showing an interest in the Brotherhood community as a whole he has been working as an ACC Judge for 2 days as of the time that I write this recommendation.

Numbers and awards in and of themselves does not an Equite make. Arch stands on the precipice between Journeyman and Equite. In my eyes an Equite is someone who has proven themselves to be a leader within their Clan and House, even when not in a leadership position. An Equite looks to better those around them as well as themselves. Arch maintains a positive outlook as he talks with those in his Clan, House, and Battle Team. He does not simply provide noise to fill the silence but actively helps those around him without complaint. When he needs help himself, Arch goes to those in the Clan and talks with them so he can better himself. While not in a leadership position Arch still acts as if he was a leader. In my time as Quaestor, Arch has made my job easier as he further solidifies himself as not only a pillar to his house, but to his Clan as a whole.

Arch, you are a shining star set upon the night sky that is Caln Odan-Urr, you have helped to light the way for those around you as well as yourself. Let me be the first to congratulate you upon reaching the Equite ranks. Arch from the moment his joined the DJB he has impressed me with his work ethic and dedication to attain any goal his sets his mind too. He has the numbers for this promotion but it’s Arch’s spirit that I can attest to. No matter the unit he is assigned to he gives his all and works tirelessly to make it the best he can. He remains one of Odan-Urr’s rising stars and has a bright future not only in the Clan but in the club as a whole. His leadership abilities are solidly based in the Lead by Example culture and it’s infectious within his battle team. Alethia is the type of member that any Battle team Leader would love to have in their unit. He is a double threat being able to game or write fiction. He’s always a cheery and active presence in the Strike Team’s telegram chat. Always offering a funny picture, meme or banter and always offering ideas or help to anyone who is in need. He’s always encouraging others in the Strike Team chat or the main Odan Urr chat and supporting others by hyping other members competitions or projects and offering hearty congrats on members accomplishments. When offered a competition, he enthusiastically and quickly creates impressive entries. He also is always on the look out for competitions on his own as well. Because of this, I feel like he more than deserves to be an equite. Welcome to the club dude, you have more than earned it.

Arch has been someone I have watched very closely since he arrived in the clan and rocketed up to Captain with blinding speed. I can attest that he has never failed to impress, demonstrating the leadership, maturity and drive of a mid-upper Equite as a JM4. His raw numbers are impressive, as other have detailed, but what impresses me most about Arch are the soft factors that don’t jump off a dossier. He is someone who people gravitate to as a natural leader, he keeps things friendly and light-hearted but knows when to pump things up. He also has repeatedly shown tremendous insight, often bringing suggestions and asking questions that make me stop and think “Wow, I never thought of things that way.” I am currently launching a project designed to integrate NFUs and mercenaries into our clan lore and fictional Council or Urr based on his suggestions. This is someone who is already functioning at a level far beyond JM4.

It is my distinct honor to have someone like Arch in the Clan and to add my voice in support to his elevation to the Equite ranks
