I am pleased to declare that Adam Bolera is eligible for promotion to the rank of Jedi Hunter. He has completed all of what he has needed to with a diligance and dedication that has become typical of Arconan Journeymen.

First of all, he has become a regular in the #arcona IRC channel, where he can now often be seen conversing with his clanmates and joining in with the general banter.

His competition activity has been impressive, having taken part in six full competitions, including managing to place in two of these. He has also been active within the Shadow Academy, passing both leadership courses, additionally managing to secure the third rank in the SA Society thanks to excellent levels of passed courses.

Adam has also shown himself to be an active writer, managing over 2,000 words of character fiction through various fiction events.

For all of this activity, Adam was recently awarded an Anteian Cross, satisfying the fact that he needed a merit medal.

Finally, he has been a Guardian for 27 days, enough to fulfill the 'time in grade' for his next promotion.

As of late Deidra has been one of Taldryans most active Journeymen. During the last two weeks Deidra has managed to participate in four House wide competitions and snagged herself a Crescent with Amethyst Star as well as a Dark Cross for her activity. She frequently communicates with other members of the house in #taldryan, on the Brotherhoods Teamspeak server or on the DJB Message Boards or the Brotherhoods website. As required for a member of the Obelisk Order, she's passed the Obelisk Core exam, and put reasonable effort in gaming with fellow members of the DJB in Diablo III adding an incrredible amount of 118 Clusters of Fire to her list of awards.

Ambitious, Deidra faced the opportunities offered by the Shadow Academy and the Grand Masters Royal Guard and rose up to the rank II and III respectively. Further she got her personal Character Sheet approved and I am sure it will take her only little more time before she steps up into the arenas of the ACC as well.

It should be clear by now why Deidra is more than eligible for her promotion to Guardian. Her great activity paired along with his outstanding communication that broadens from all over the Brotherhood, to her eager fulfillment of the promotion requirements. It is now with my great pleasure that I submit this request for Protector Deidra to be promoted to the rank of Guardian. Congrats Deidra, and well done!

Deidra has been an excellent student so far, taking quickly to the Brotherhood. While primarily a gamer, she has been active with the Clan through IRC, building friendships with both old and new members. She's also explored the SA, and has shown a level of interest and dedication that is refreshing to see in a new member. She even picked up TOR to play for the DB! Through the last two weeks, Deidra has shown exemplary activity and effort in Taldryan, and deserve to be a Guardian.

Rhiann's star has risen to shine brightly throughout House Marka Ragnos, the shining exemplar of a Journeyman that I would wish any unit in the Brotherhood to have. Not only is she a consistent presence in IRC and one of our more active members there, she's also got a stellar record of competitions that many of our members haven't matched, especially in such a short time; out of the 12 competitions she's participated in, she's placed in six of them. That's a brilliant success rate; an award for every second competition is no small feat, especially for a Journeyman member of the Brotherhood.

Rhiann has proven herself to be one of our more active gamers. Not only has she amassed an incredible 133 Clusters of Fire solely through playing Pazaak (and as such has earned a Rank III in the GMRG), she's taken out 3rd place in the Gorefest competition for January, a feat not many people can claim at such an early rank. On top of this, she's written a brilliant character fiction that has brought us some insight to her character, as well as submitted some great competition fiction that paints just how good of a writer she really is. This balance of opposing skills, combined with her activity, has made her one of the greatest assets that House Marka Ragnos has. This has also been noted by our Quaestor, Teu, and awarded a Dark Cross for not only her activity but her assistance in work on one of our House wiki pages.

As such, I proudly request that Rhiann Baenre be promoted to the rank of Jedi Hunter. You're only one step away - keep working hard and you'll reach Dark Jedi Knight soon. Congratulations!
