When I last wrote a promotion recommendation for Zosi’val’ria in december of last year, I knew I’d not have to wait too long to write another. After her promotion to the second Equite rank, Sivall has not been sitting idly around. She has participated in 131 competitions, earning herself 32 Crescents (1 Diamond, 11 Ruby, 7 Amethyst, 9 Sapphire, 1 Topaz, 3 Quartz). Sivall has also earned herself 288 Clusters of Fire, 42 Clusters of Ice, and 4 Dark Side Scrolls. She has also found the time to pass 8 SA Courses and earn 4 Degrees. All this, in about 5 months!

As a writer, Siv has produced a staggering 33,835 words across 23 fiction competitions and RP events, earning herself an impressive 70 Clusters of Fire. In the field of Roleplaying, Siv has managed to participate in 16 Roleplaying sessions and hosting one. Did I mention this was done inside 5 months?

Siv has been a constant presence on Discord in this time as well. Her weekly check-ins are proving ever more popular amongst the members of the House. In the social regard, she has yet to stop impressing.

Oh, almost forgot, she managed to organize 21 competitions as principal organiser and a further 12 competitions as co-organiser. Did I mention I’m just summarising the stuff she’s done in the last 5 months?

About six months ago, I hired Zosi’val’ria to serve as my Aedile. In that time, she’s proven herself a highly capable leader. Impressing me more than I could have possibly imagined. Her work ethic and dedication to House Galeres has been nothing short of exquisite. Everything she does, is done with a level of care, kindness, efficiency, & creativity that belies a truly great person behind it all. She’s got all the qualities needed to become one of the greats.

Sival, or Tor, has become the beating heart of Galeres. It's easy to say that someone who is active is making a difference in a club so orientated around community and communication, but Tor doesn't just "be" active. Tor pushes for others to be so, encouraging them and being there every step of the way. She stands up fiercly for her members, ensuring their awards and promotions are not only timely, but fitting for the person recieving it.

I had no worries about Tor taking up the mantle of QUA so early. It was planned for later in the year but it was already beyond obvious that she had gained the skills to take the role fully. She spends hours ensuring her reports are useful, fun and well presented. It's impressive to see how quickly she's grown and adapted to the club's way of doing things. The only thing Tor can't seem to do is stop and take a breath. I'm proud of you Blueberry, take the money and run!

It has been a year since I first met Zosi’val’ria and I’m so happy I’ve gotten to. Siv is a kind, generous, creative lady who is always there for her friends, clanmates, and honestly anyone. I’ve had the honor of watching her grow and experience the club, to come into her own presence here and build relations with clanmates and other Brotherhood members. Siv has been among the culture change of the brotherhood, reaching out and engaging with other clans and helping blur those unit lines into one brotherhood. She had collaborated with multiple people to build stories together in fictions and roleplaying. Our favorite blueberry has even made art for her fellow friends and members, ranging from report graphics to just fun graphics for characters. Sivall has also hosted Cards Against Humanity as a community event for the entire Brotherhood recently and plans to do so again in the future.

I know Zuza and Ood both spoke of Zosi’val’ria’s leadership but I wanted to comment upon it as well. Not only has she been developing worldbuilding for Galeres and Arcona in turn, but alongside and with her members. She has helped aid in providing and writing the fictional path of the House, and her weekly check ins as Aedile kept the members of not only Galeres but of Qel-Droma engaged, often receiving answers to character related questions from both sides. I have noticed how loyal Siv is to her members and equally the amount of care she puts into her work and out for them, aiding with resolving issues between them and encouraging a safe space for folks to feel comfortable addressing concerns.

Another burning star among the roster of recent Odan-Urr recruits, Jovian is another of my young Wolfepack members, and I am glad to have brought this little ball of sunshine to The Brotherhood. Diving headlong into the Shadow Academy, passing another 12 courses, he has made it his mission to clear as much as he could and become as knowledgeable about The Brotherhood and its systems as he possibly can. An avid writer, Jovian has thrown themselves into roleplay alongside others writing another 3,709 words between 3 fictions since his last promotion. With your can-do, positive attitude, you've got nowhere to go but up!

Since Jovian has come into my care, I've found him to be someone with fairly enormous potential. He's always happy to chat, always willing to listen and always happy to take or offer advice when needed. As for his accomplishments, Jovian has amassed a whopping 3700 words of role play scribbles, passed twelve courses in the Shadow Academy which also gained him a degree, and ranked up in both the SA and Envoy societies. This is more than enough to constitute his promotion to the next rank and it is my pleasure to write such a recommendation.

Boring stuff first. Since his last promotion to Elder 1, Orv did a few things. Some of those things include: Herald, M:Herald, Special Magistrate/Magistrate to the Seneschal, and shadow academy professor. This is likely why he has 1 Emerald Dagger, 2 novae, some crescents, an SoF, LoS, 2 SoLs and 6 Seals of Revelation no clubbing required. He co-organized 19 competitions, and participated in 42 of them. All of that apparently added up to the enough internet points XP to proc this Elder 2 promotion.

Ok, boring stuff over, lets talk a bit about Orv, and his impact to the club. Orv's artwork, both the talent, heart, and quirky whimsy behind it, is all over our website. It's in the join page, and some of the first art new members will see. His own hand, and his teams by extension, created a bunch of art that sits in the selectors and members to this day use. He did many custom art requests, a lot still in use.

He also just in general was the exact type of member and leader you looked for in the Brotherhood. Funny, empathetic, smart, and emotionally intelligent. Having him around made the club, and especially Clan Arcona (we shared him with the DC for a bit) made this a better place to be and hang out.

I'm sure there were many small things that Orv did in the background that many simply didn't track on. But Orv is one of the rare members who has had a lasting subtle impact on this club, and we were lucky to have him when he was around and know that if he ever pops back in to say hi, we'll all have a richer experience as a result!

Even though Manji has not been on active duty, he still has amassed enough XP points to make the jump to Elder I. This is a HUGE accomplishment in one's DB career and I hope it will not be your last. A former Consul of Clan Naga Sadow, your name is widely known for the great things yet another Keibatsu has done for the Clan.

Since his last promotion Manji has managed to acquire the following accolades, a Ruby Septor, two GC’s, four AC’s, eight GN’s, four SN’s and six BN’s. He has acquired 123 Clusters, 16 Crescents, a Dark Side Scroll, five Scrolls of Foundation, one each of Scroll of the Master and Legion of the Scholar. Finishing it off with seventy five Seals from for participation and judging of Rites of Supremacy, Independence Games, and Great Jedi Wars comps.

It's been a while since we've seen Manji, but the echoes of his actions persist to this day. People look back with fondness at how he would work to bring everyone together like threads of a tapestry or notes of a melody. In the Symphony that is Sadow, Manji was one of our most talented conductors during a time when it was most needed.

His mentorship of others has rippled across the clan, his friends, his students, his clanmates and his family all benefiting in myriad ways. Beyond his skills, his jovial aggression is legendary, as is his willingness to push people beyond their comfort zones all while encouraging them. We are all greater for having spent time with him.

Often we say that someone should have been made an elder long ago. In this case, it is proven, the truth born out by new policies that quantify the years of work he had put in, years after the fact. Finally able to place the Elder title on his dossier, I am more than pleased to add my name to his recommendation. I only hope that you'll see this in your email some day and smile. What can I say about the One-Eyed Dragon that hasn't already been said?

His contributions to the DB and specifically Naga Sadow are innumerable. He has given so much.

To me personally, he helped me immensely as I ranked up. He trained me in the ACC and helped me achieve what I needed to become a Dark Jedi Knight. All the fictions we wrote together as a family and all the runons we did was made that much better because of him. His leadership and kindness have helped so many and I'm pleased to add my recommendation for this over due promotion to Elder. Congratulations, brother! You earned it!
