I am honoured to be recommending Sanguinius for this Steel Cross. He has been a constant pillar of activity and stability in a clan that has gone through massive change recently. Providing activity as well as support to those members inside of House Marka Ragnos.

Locke has already spoken in detail about all his work and accomplishments that he has earned, but I am here to speak about what makes him stand out from others in the position of Quaestor. Since taking on the role he has been active and seeking to build up the presence of Marka Ragnos inside of the Brotherhood. Seizing the initiative since day one he has began to expand the House, not only bolstering communication up with his summit, but also with the members. Talking to them on a regular basis and finding out what they want from the club to help keep them active and involved on a daily basis. Change is hard and an uphill struggle sometimes, but from stepping in the House has only gained activity and drive, finding motivation and a Quaestor that makes his members rally behind him every time he sends out an email.

His work on a summit level has also been impressive, Sang always give his opinions on matters to help the future of the Clan. Sometimes they may not be what we want to hear, but he gives voice to members and helps to give his thoughts on anything, from gaming nights, house and clan level competitions. As well as where we want to bring the clan in the future, he is always ready to give you his own opinion helping to shed light onto the opinions of others. He has always spoke his mind a quality that is useful especially mixed with the passion that Sang has for this club, going the full mile to help everyone that comes to him, regardless of what the matter is about he does his best to make sure he helps going that extra mile for anyone who needs it.

Since his appointment to the position of Quaestor Sanguinius has managed to run a House level competition, giving members the events they wanted to see in a series of short and fun competitions which proved successful in member participation. As well as then expanding the Houses fictional back story developing the House and moving towards a brighter future, as well as getting member involvement in the development to keep everyone involved. Since taking over we have also seen the opening of a second team inside of House Marka Ragnos, for which Sanguinius had selected the new leader as well as teaching them the roles and responsibilities. Bringing structure and developing new members into bright leaders of the clan, for all of this effort he continues to progress inside of Clan Naga Sadow.

Congratulations on this Steel Cross, Sanguinius, you keep working hard and developing House Marka Ragnos into a bright and active part of Clan Naga Sadow. For all of your hard work and effort I am honoured to be giving you this merit medal. Keep up the hard work and I look forward to continuing to work with you in the future.

Since Sang joined us back on Feb 21st he has earned himself a Crescent with Emerald Star, with a Topaz Star, and with a Diamond Star. He has organize House competitions during the month of April. He created the story and most of the competitions while I was away on vacation. He introduced me to a dual report concept, and showed me how to successfully write one of my own better than I was writing singular reports before. He's great at delegating work, not out of trying to side step his duties but because he wants to teach others how to do the work when they are in a position to do so, when things needed to be done he would discuss it with members of house summit that he thought should take on the job. Sang would then answer questions and make sure the member involved knew exactly what needed to be.

When he first joined the House as QUA I was worried because I am a man who is resistant to change. Sang, happily, proved me wrong. He fit into the role and the clan, like he had always been there. Sang is a great leader, he jumped into the work head first and has done a great deal to bring the House and the Clan back into the swing of things. He immediately started messaging old members of HMR and CNS, and also started sending out recuritment emails to people outside of the Brotherhood. I am glad to have him as my QUA and a Clanmate. I cannot think of a person more deserving of this reward right now. Congratulations Sang!
