Sarconn, an up and coming member in HMR, has done a lot. I keep hearing from Ekeia how much he is doing for the Night Hawk revamp project, and how he's practically set up the entire forums where they are doing this at. Looking at his dossier, I see that he's participated in several competitions, as well as creating one himself. He's also battled myself, and Manji twice in the ACC. He's already earnt a merit award, and logs onto IRC constantly to talk to other members of the clan. He has volunteered his services in helping to develop the fictional identity of his Battle Team, and has begun to make a name for himself by participating in several competitions as well as creating one himself. Sarconn has delved into nearly every venue the Brotherhood has to offer, from IRC to the ACC, and he has passed six Shadow Academy courses. Sarconn has even earned a Dark Cross, no small feat for any Journeyman. While working on completing his trials, he has also helped Ekeia to come up with a very detailed and fully-featured ranking system and fictional background for the Night Hawks, with the bulk of the work (including setting up a forum and populating it with information) falling on Sarconn's shoulders. It's initiative like this, when a Journeyman steps outside the boundaries of the trials and asks their leader what they can help with, that I feel we should reward; for the amount of work that he has done and the amount of activity that he has shown over the past month, I feel that Sarconn has more than earnt this promotion. Congratulations! <br> <B>~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Consul of Clan Naga Sadow</B> <br> <br> Although Sarconn was last promoted only a little over a month ago, he has proven himself to be above what is required for someone of his rank. Having been placed into the Night Hawks immediately upon joining the Brotherhood, he was constantly looking for a way to help me out with making the Battleteam a better place, more active and interesting. Right from the get-go, Sarconn was offering suggestions and help left and right, ranging from competition ideas to the new inner rank/possessions system. The latter was an idea I’d had since becoming the Battleteam Leader, and Sarconn is the single reason that it has been created and put into action. When I first started talking about it in my reports, he was one of the first to offer all his time to making this idea reality. He came up all the specifics, like the points system, the credits system, and the rank structure, and all I had to do was make sure that it all worked together. Even still, we are constantly in communication with each other about how to continue to make the team and this new system even better. For this plan, he also ran the competition “Company Name” which would give us a few companies to use for our possessions that he is also helping me create. He also came up with idea for the competition that I am currently running, “Create Your Weapons”, which will help us come up with more possessions for the Night Hawks. Without all his help, I believe that this entire new system would still just be an idea. <br> <br> Besides all the work he has done for the Battleteam, Sarconn has also completed his qualifying match with Manji, learning from the training match he had while a Protector with Manji and putting what he learned to use and bettering his writing. He also passed his Training Saber Course, completed another character sheet, participated in the current Naga Sadow Run-On and being on IRC constantly offering his help whenever anyone needs it. <br> <br> I fully recommend Sarconn for a promotion to Jedi Hunter. Recently, I took Sarconn as my apprentice, but I’ve known my student far longer. He has been an active member under me in my Battleteam, the Night Hawks. The main reason I took him on as my apprentice was for his high level of activity. He has completed all the required tasks -> logging on to IRC almost every day and carrying out conversations with several members of the house and clan, completing his Krath Core Exam, and spending four weeks as a Protector. In addition to these required tasks, he has completed several other tasks including -> participating in more than five competitions, earning four crescents, participating in the clan run-on and being one of the first to receive the Cluster of Ice, helping Fremoc with projects on the Wiki and earning himself a Dark Cross, running a competition – Dark Side Poetry, for the Night Hawks Battleteam, completing the ACC Basics Shadow Academy Quiz and finishing his character sheet, participating in a training match with Manji in the ACC and working on his character page on the Wiki and adding more than 6,000 bytes to it – just to name a few of his activities.

Another large task that Sarconn has agreed to do is to help me revamp the Night Hawks Battleteam by reintroducing an inner Battleteam ranking and possessions system. This is a major project and one that I can certainly not do by myself. Sarconn offered his services on the project, and so far I’ve already written multiple pages of his ideas down and have gotten much more done than I could have hoped to get done in such a short amount of time. He has come up with several details that I would have never thought of and I am truly glad that he offered to help, as I believe that his attention to detail and desire to make battleteams more interesting and active will be the one factor that will let us introduce this plan smoothly and flawlessly.

I more than approve of Sarconn’s promotion to Guardian. He has been one of the most active members I’ve seen in a long time and I think it is past time that his rank reflects his dedication and hard work. Great job my apprentice!!!

I can't agree more with this recommendation done by Ekeia. The man has done alot for the house since his joining, and from what I can see will not stop until he has achieved the gold. This is only the beginning of his tenure with HMR and CNS. Congrats Sarconn on your promotion.

Within the past week Sarconn has been a force to be reconned with in the House. Having completed his character history, spoken to many members of his house on IRC, completed his Character Sheet and ACC basics in addition to having partcipated in the Run Drosk Run, Night Hawks Flash Game and Sadow Training competitions; I hereby recommend Sarconn for promotion. - Knight Methyas Arcturi L'eonheart

Sarconn has been an active member since he came to us from the Shadow Academy. He's passed the Sith Core, registered on the forums, logged on to IRC multiple times and has talken to several of us about how he can better himself and help the Night Hawks Battle Team. Normally, a member is promoted to Apprentice once they pass the test of lore and get sent to a clan or a house. However, the coding has caused Sarconn to not be able to take the test of lore, so he has done the Krath Core instead. As a result, I am promoting him for his efforts and moving him to a clan. Congratulations Sarconn, and I apologize for the glitch.
