Since his last promotion on 3/1/14, Dragoon has shown what it means to be a leader. 40 clusters of Fire, 10 Clusters of Ice for his writing, a Dark Cross, seven Crescents and a Seal of the Crusader and passed 7 Shadow academy courses. What you don't see here is his drive, his dedication. His service as a Battleteam leader is exemplary. His presence on emails is high, and he encourages everyone to excel. He has helped us keep members that were close to awol to log back in. His reports are good, and they come on time. He has reached out to his team members and keeps them active in a time of need. He is enthusiastic in every event we do and inspires others to do the same. Dragoon is an active participant in the Summit email discussions. He has taken on a student and they are nearing Knighthood. He has done massive work on the Wiki pages for his Battleteam, House, and was instrumental in helping set-up the Orian Assembly. Dragoon has also participated in 37 competitions, ran 9 competitions (including 2 DB-wide ones), and continually asks for more work to do. He also has helped us with our Reach Out program to former Clan members who went to the Rogues (or were about to), and several of them either logged in or returned. To whom it may concern -

I have known Dragoon since I have joined back in July. I've known him as my Battle Team Leader, and a brother in arms, and as a friend. Since my time in the Brotherhood Dragoon has always answered any question I have had, and with a quick turn around response to them. As my Battle Team Leader, Dragoon has discussed ways to keep the Battle Team active, as well as making changes to the future to better the team.

Dragoon has been a Dark Jedi Knight for about seven months now and I have known him for about three of those seven months. During that time he has competed in twelve competitions, this alone shows his dedication to lead by example. Dragoon has also helped me personally helped me in the designing of the Warhost Navy, which is a great piece of fiction that assist with the Clan lore.

As Battle Team Leader, he sends out the occasionally email checking on the status of the Battle Team and regularly offers his assistance to us to see if he can help out with anything. He has proposed an idea on how the Battle Team could be organized and I personally feel like it is a great idea.

An Equite is supposed to show and certain amount of knowledge about the Brotherhood and portrays the best qualities of both a leader, mentor and friend. An Equite should also remain active and help out when they can to further the Brotherhood and also they should help make sure everyone is having fun. These qualities that I listed above are portrayed in John "Dragoon" Witwalker. I feel like he deserves to be promoted into the ranks of the Equites. Dragoon has worked long and hard for the Clan and I can tell that he will continue to do so.

I've seen rapid improvement in our clans members. A lot of which can be attributed to Dragoon's consistent flow of activity. When we began our new clan focus he was freshly made into a Dark Jedi Knight.

Since then he has shown he can be a dedicated member. From requesting an Apprentice soon after to becoming Battleteam leader of Devils Shroud.

It's shown us his want in taking the next step in being a prominent member of the brotherhood. But he has done well. Being as active as he has, organizing a few competitions and even participating and placing in few competitions.

Dragoon has also been very prominent in getting new members to come back and be active within the clan again. And also even getting a member to get back to their trials as their new master. A great show of determination.

He has shown that he is ready to take the next step and ascend. Welcome to the Equites Dragoon.
