Ladies and Gentlemen, hereby I would like to recommend the Promotion of Jedi Hunter Mirus Cavataio to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.
Ever since his joining two and a half month ago Mirus has been a true asset for House Taldryan. Within this short time Mirus has passed a total of 20 Shadow Academy Exams (including Leadership Fundamentals) and additionally met all requirements necessary to obtain the Dark Maven in Combat. Further he participated in a total of 17 Competitions and received 7 Crescents for placing in the Top 3 and earned 95 Clusters of Fire and 1 Pendant of Blood (for leveling his main character to the max Level) from 5 Flashpoint, 2 Operations (as part of a MAA-task) and various PvP matches in Star Wars: The old Republic. In addition Mirus has proven his engagement to increase the values Taldryan stands for by offering the Taldryan Summit to run and grade a competition of his own design, which was soon done as part of the yearly Taldryan Holiday Bash and called by the name âTisâ the Seasonâ.
Aside from his activities in the field of Gamings and Competitions Mirus has shown his abilities in the fields of Writing (Combat and regular Fiction) by submitting outstanding pieces of Character Fiction for his Guardian, Jedi Hunter and Dark Jedi Knight promotion (of which the last one was part of his Master at Arms task to bypass his 6 week time in rank requirement). His fictions have all been both, rich of detail and realism and painted a true image of the progress one would fare when joining an organization like the Dark Jedi Brotherhood.
Talking about ambition, Mirus has shown ambition not only on a selfish perspective but engaged himself in projects to help other members within the House and Brotherhood in their progress as well, this projects ranging from fulfilling a Fist assigned task to search for Free-to-play games that might become supported in the Brotherhood to the outstanding work it takes to develop a new Battleteam from scratch, by writing an extremely detailed proposal, recruit a core group of five members despite himself and finally write a detailed Wiki-article that meet the requirements of a quality article for the Wardens of Unity (which in Mirus case served as his House Summit Task).
Lastly I would to add some more personal words to this promotion recommendation. Mirus I still think it has been just yesterday when I send you your âWelcome to House Taldryanâ⦠Wait wasnât it just yesterday? Nah just kidding, but honestly Mirus, it has been a fun ride full of sensation and experience with you and even while it was a rather short ride I donât want to miss it. While one can more or less easily complete the Trials to become a Dark Jedi Knight of the Brotherhood by fulfilling only personal requirements, and although I am stating a phrase from the Brotherhoodâs Equite Guidelines now, but I think they were fitting here as well: You can game like crazy and/or write hundreds of ACC fight posts but in the end it will always be those whose work that provides something for others that will let the Summits recognize that you stand out of the crowd and look beyond the borders of selfishness and toward the thought of the Brotherhood as a whole. Mirus, you are full of ideas and have the skills it takes to let them happen, your influence and inspiration that allow others to grow over their expectations were unique and while you still develop your skills as a Leader I am curiously looking toward what you will become in the future.
Mirus you have constantly shown that you have understood the way of how a true member of Taldryan thinks and act and I am gratefully to request your promotion to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight, you well deserve it.

This is a recommendation for the elevation of Taldryanâs Jedi Hunter Mirus Cavataio to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Mirus, albeit one of the shortest terms as Jedi Hunter, has more than earned his right of passage into the coveted rank of Knight.
To start, Mirus has jumped into his trials by beginning his quest for a Master At Arms task to be completed, and that task was met in record time. That task included 2 Hard Mode TOR Flashpoints, in which one of the MAA staff was present for in the TOR gameplay and in which Mirus got screen shots of his achievements. In addition to that, this young Hunter was also tasked by the MAAâs office to write up a fiction detailing his passage into knighthood. I am pleased to say that Mirus went above and beyond my expectations with a Knighthood fiction exceeding that of 2,700 words where he described in detail his unique take on passing his trials within House Taldryan. May I say; this fiction was both realistic and overall awesome. I have yet to see such a stance on knighthood trial written up like this. Having passed both of these tasks, Mirus has overcome his time trial of 6 weeks at Jedi Hunter by completing these tasks.
Secondly, this Obelisk Jedi Hunter was also required by his House Summit to create and finish the Wardens of Unity Dark Jedi Brotherood Wikipedia article for the battleteam that he is Obelisk Sergeant over. As you can see, there is little room for further detail on this article, and I for one am impressed.
Moving right along here (I am too eager to see this deserving member earn his rightful new rank!), Mirus has a Dark Side Degree in Combat and has passed the Shadow Academy Leadership Fundamentals exam.
Mirus has also completed 17 competitions on record via the DJB data base, as well as has earned 7 Crescents and earned 95 Clusters of Fire (as well as 1 Pendant of Blood) for his gaming in The Old Republic, and has earned a stellar Dark Cross. In addition to this, Mirus has also organized, run and graded his own competition, as part of Taldryanâs Holiday Bash, called âTisâ The Seasonâ.
Iâd also like to take the moment to point out that his member, upon joining the DB and learning up on his DB lore, discovered that Taldryan was lacking a proper Battleteam. In an attempt of curiosity, Mirus inquired to Rian and I if it were possible to start a BT, and upon our response to him, he drew up a brilliant proposal for a subunit in Taldryan which is now known as the Wardens of Unity. This plays off many of Taldryanâs core beliefs, and Mirus is not the Battleteam Leader over 5 other members, and his membership is increasing steadily.
It is one thing to join a unit in this club and take off soaring by yourself. Itâs another thing to do so and pick others up on your way. Mirusâ resolve to allow other members to flourish in this club by offering a new set of competitions, news announcements and reminders, chats and other opportunities to advance their skill and the overall lore of Taldryan and the Wardens of Unit is uncanny. I am truly grateful, and would like to personally state how much of a benefit this member is to the Dark Jedi Brotherhood publicly.
Mirus, youâre one hell of a guy, one hell of a nerd, and one hell of a Tally. Keep up the fantastic work man. I am proud to be serving as Aedile to see you become a Knight (It wasnât hard⦠you did it all yourself!).

I'll never forget the day Mirus joined us on Teamspeak for the first time. I doubt he will either. We were all in rare form that day. Fremoc was concerned that we would give "the wrong impression" to our new member to which I said "screw that, he needs to know what it's actually like in here". Mirus laughed and from that point on has been one of us. Mirus is a force to be reckoned with. How he ended up in OFH no one will ever know but much like he did with the ToR guild, he fits like a glove. His ambition is admirable. His loyalty to the club and to Taldryan already so evident. When I assigned his MAA tasks to bypass his time requirements he faced them head on executed them fast and efficiently. Mirus is an interesting case. I'm pretty sure even if he hadn't popped up into TeamSpeak I would know him by the sheer presence he has shown since joining his house. Not one to sit by and do nothing, he has started carving out his own place in the DJB with the formation of a new Battleteam, lead by himself. In the nights we've talked, I'm not sure he has ever NOT been in the middle of a project for his house.
One thing that truly stood out to me about Mirus was his determination. He tried on three seperate occasions to get qualified for the ACC, and got so close each time. Yet, he did not loose faith. He listened, took the advice to heart, and in a show of tenacity stepped up to the plate alongside myself and churned out an entire qualification match in a single evening. I have seen some applicants take the entirety of the 14 day time period to do the same.
For all that he does, and all the he is going to do (and you know he is out for more) I wholesale recommend Mirus for the rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Take up your saber and stand where you belong!
