Seyda has been my Magistrate for the past 10 months, and while I can say that she’s been active on-and-off due to real life obligations, I also have to say that I had that in mind when I hired her. Her primary role, from the get-go, was to finish up the old avatar project left over from the previous Herald. Her results may have taken some time, but they are more than satisfactory. In her time as Magistrate Seyda has completed 20 avatars. Each avatar takes approximately an hour and a half to two hours to complete, depending on complexity (anatomy, details, etc.).

She had also done set of 2 robes, Infinity male and female, for Herald Style Hanukkah 2015. Each robe usually takes about two hours, or more, to complete depending on complexity. That said, the Infinity robes yielded 30 different variants totaling 50 images made for the Club

All in all these tasks took her about 30 hours of work, in my humble estimation. Apart from her quantifiable work, Seyda has supported the Herald staff through discussions and critiques, helping us to make our work even better, thus making the end quality of our work much better. With that in mind Seyda certainly deserves recognition. Thank you for you hard work, and congratulations!

Primary reason: Seyda was always meant to be more gray than anything. The Sith are too based in weird religion for her tastes, and her focus isn't so much on good or evil, rather pursuit of knowledge. I still peg her as a dark sider due to the selfishness in her goals, plus the dark side stuff is the attractive part of force lore to her, since it's so hard to get and "forbidden." I just feel it makes more sense for her character, I've never been too fond of polarizing her too much especially considering lack of exposure to Jedi or Sith prior to joining the Brotherhood.

Primary reason: Seyda was recruited by Bobecc, and has been a delightful and productive member of Taldryan ever since. Seyda's been a great addition to Taldryan, not just because of who she is (which is great, and her personality really does jive with the clan) - but she also works hard and she's damn well rounded. With that - since her last promotion, she's earned one of nearly every crescent (Diamond through Emerald), participated in nearly two dozen competitions, served as the Wardens' Battleteam Leader (putting out a number of reports!), completed two SA leadership courses, and most recently - completed hosting a Brotherhood wide graphics competition. In addition, she's completed a character sheet, and written a number of words (1500 or so) of character-based fiction.

For her service to Taldryan, Seyda Norith should be made a Knight of Taldryan!

Additional reasons: Seyda has been one of the more refreshing young voices in Taldryan in recent months (years). Seyda has consistently been one of the strongest members of our journeyman class, and has been guiding her battleteam with panache and fervor of a more seasoned leader. Seyda has been great, and is constantly available to the Clan summit, offering her opinions and objections, never being afraid to stand up for her point of view.

This is a bit rambly, but what it boils down to is this: Seyda Norith has shown the ability, dedication, and skills to be a Knight of Taldryan, and therefore it is my honour to see her promoted. Keep up the great work Seyda.
