If he's not acing tests in Shadow Academy and taking Degrees like it's candy from a baby, Itshim takes podiums in competitions and host competitions himself with great success, making him one of Tarentum's best if not the best Journeyman right now. Other Journeymen should look up to him as an example. His Master, SBL Pel, holds in him regard and considers him a promising Student, full of desire and aspirations. I agree with him and I also think Itshim will reach greatness in the future. In addition to that all that he is very active in the Clan and his Battleteam Immortuae, always lending a hand where it is needed and recently he also started collaborating with Archean in mentoring our newest member Vordhall. It's always nice to have a journeymen who is engaged and passionate already at this level; however, Itshim has taken it further by trying to get involved more and more into the DJB. Whether its his consistent activity in the SA (earning 5 courses in the last ten days), or trying new things out like recently learning pazaak and engaging other Tarenti in it - he's here for the longhaul, I know already. Itshim is also extremely active on the Tarentum channels and its from this and speaking to the summit on what else he can do that he was chosen for Battleteam Sergaent so we could train him as a future leader. Yet, never to disappoint, Itshim has dived into the new position and is taking aims to get those in his team more involved and active for the end goal of getting houses back in to Tarentum.
