It is my distinct honor to recommend Janos for his next promotion.

Having spent the required 21 days as an Acolyte, Janos is a constant presence on our Clan channel, and the larger DB chat. He has participated in over 10 competitions, and placed in at least 3 of them. He has shown promise as a writer, submitting 2000 words of fiction to his Master. Showing a promise in academics, as well as in the pen, Janos has also reached the rank of Sophomore in the Shadow Academy.

Inquisitive, polite and quietly driven, I knew it was only a matter of time before my apprentice would be up for his next promotion. Often I find something from or about my apprentice in my daily emails. He is quick to ask questions as they come up, and the path he has chosen had not always been that of the least resistance. He has been hard working in fiction, in the ACC, on the wiki and in the Shadow Academy. All has been done with steady purpose. If he continued to carry one with such drive and deliveration, I believe we will see great things from him. This House is a better place for your being here. Since his last promotion, Janos Stormwind has been hard at work. Between knocking out 13 Shadow Academy Courses and ascending to Rank II in the Shadow Academy society, Janos has also made a number of constructive posts on the Discourse to increase the breadth of his knowledge. Having created an approved character sheet and getting qualified in the ACC, he has made strides to better understand writing in the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. Even as his pursuits have continued, Janos has made an effort to make a splash, having completed 5 competitions in the two weeks since his last promotion. It is my honor to recommend this fresh-eyed Neophyte be raised to the next rank of Journeyman. Congratulations, my apprentice and keep up the good work.
