Shin'Ichi has been my praetor, my second, my lieutenant, and I could not ask for a better compatriot in the Herald's Office. Most people do not recognize the amount of work that he puts in, as it is some of the less glorious tasks that he accomplishes for the Brotherhood. He has more than pulled his own in the Warbanner department, keeping the request queue down substantially for us, freeing me up to do the more expansive projects that I would otherwise not have had the time to do so quickly. His ideas, his feedback, and the concepts that he brings to the table as Praetor are more than helpful, as his point of view, his artistic aesthetic is somewhat different from mine. And this also is a good touch... by utilizing his feedback, we have been able to make things more appealing to a broader range of people. His work in doggedly persuing projects is a great help to the brotherhood, and his soldier's work ethic is evident in everything he undertakes, refusing to quit or fall short of his goals. I feel that it is high time that Shin'Ichi Endymiron Keibatsu be recognized with the Grand Cross of the Dark Side as a token of our esteem for him.

Shin'Ichi has been of invaluable assistance for a long time to my House in many ways. His lengthy efforts as Rollmaster of the Clan deserve recognition. He has done a fine job of coordinating the Master-student program, as well as being a Master himself. As well, his numerous graphics submissions to the Clan website help inspire the younglings to enter more competitions. He maintains a high run on and IRC as well as email presence and is availiable to help anyone in the Clan or House. Shin'Ichi has also provided me with his time and interviewing skills in my search for an Aedile, which has enhanced the process greatly. A Clan and House could not ask for a better Rollmaster, or a more thorough and serious one. I know I can count on him, and often seek his opinion on matters of import. Congratulations, Shin.
