Does anyone ever get tired of seeing these messages? I know that when it comes to promotions or to awards, knowing that someone has met those requirements always gives me the warm and fuzzies. Because, contrary to popular belief, it isn't because I have a hairball, but because I know that I get to do something nice for someone I care about. In this instance, it's Sivall aka Tor. This member has been a singular entity in Odan-Urr. She's gone above and beyond to help welcome new members, she has mentored one of our new BTLs to Knighthood and continues to teach without regard for time. This is on top of over 3000 words of fiction, almost 8000 words of roleplay writing, nearly 5000 words as a DM, two Amethyst Kukris, 1 Sapphire Blade, an impressive 39 Crescents (7 Ruby, 6 Amethyst, 11 Sapphire, 6 Emerald, 6 Topaz, 3 Quartz), 59 Clusters of Fire, 41 Clusters of Ice, 45 Cluster of Graphite, 10 Society Ranks (1 GMRG, 1 INQ, 2 Shroud, 4 ACC Participant, and 1 each in the two Envoy paths).

Add this to the fact that Siv spent 13 months on both the Emissary and Herald staff, 4 months as a Quaestor, I would say that Siv is more than ready for her promotion to Equite 4. This singular member has proven that she is a capable leader, a capable assistant to Councillors, and a leader within whatever Clan she has chosen to be a part of.

Well done and well earned, Siv. I look forward to what you'll get up to next.

Sivall goes above and beyond to make everyone's experience as enjoyable as possible, whether by working on Club-wide initiatives as a Council staffer, looking after her Clanmates as a Summit member, or supporting other members by showing up. In short, she's here to help.

That attitude makes the Brotherhood a place that people want to be. Maintaining that attitude is the sign of a leader. Sivall should be recognised as such, and this promotion is an excellent way of doing so.

Siv has always been a pleasure to work and play with. Back when I was beside her on the summit to when I stepped up above, she was a steady force of activity, advice and reliability. Whether it was her personal engagement or as a leader crafting up stories and ideas for our characters and our community, I happily put Siv among those most dedicated to #OneBrotherhood.

I've spoken before in awards on everything Siv is as a person and it stands to this day. I won't spend forever chatting on about it again but thank you Siv. Across the galaxy, you are remembered and beloved. Enjoy this progression up that one extra step. It won't be long before I'm reading your next promotion and it'll be just as well earned as this one is. Your patience, kindness, creativity and sheer determination won't let it be anything less. Keep it cozy blanket queen!

There's little I can add to this glowing promotion request that isn't said already, however I'm inclined to add my own thoughts for posterity.

Siv hasn't been with Sunrider for very long (since September) and yet despite that she has been a positive and joyful addition to the unit. Our House is facing a brand new start — getting built from the bottom up once again — and all I've ever gotten from Siv is cooperation and a willingness to engage with the stories and the content we're building. She is always willing to chat and to participate in competitions as much as she is able,to give advice or jump in and give new ideas for the House storyline. She is a leader without a position and a positive and encouraging voice in the membership.

Finally, Siv is one of the best members we have in COU, and I expect great things from her in the future.

Congratulations on the promotion, it is well earned. :)
