Primary reason: Kodais Solatus is one of those members who has been here forever. Unfortunately, life has continuously pulled him away and left him little chance to be active over a sustained stretch. It was with joy that Plagueis received him home from his stint in the Army to have him return as an active and able leader, willing and able to not only participate, but lead. Kodais had earned the respect and trust of not only his fellow members of Primus Pilus, but also that of the summit. He works well on tasks over long periods, producing useful results that are often incorporated into greater projects, while still maintaining an active presence on IRC, the mailing lists, and in competition submissions. He is overdue for recognition as one of the best, and to be welcomed into the ranks of the Equite portion of the Brotherhood. Well done Kodais! Congratulations! Primary reason: Kodais Solatus has worked for the Summit of Plagueis for some time now. In addition to regular activity, he has shown a willingness to learn the ways of leadership and thus far excels as a Flight Leader of Pilus. He has been working recently as an aide to the Rollmaster, seeking out members for promotion due to TOR-related activity and more and writing their recommendations to ease our burden. He has excelled as the Master of his student, Varoth, who continues to grow more brilliant every day, and he is a splendid voice on IRC, the Googlegroup, and the Forums. All of these things mark him as worthy for an award.

However, it is his most recent work for me that makes him deserving of this particular accolade. Kodais has taken a list of ground forces that has sat unorganized for literal months and, in the span of a couple of weeks, turned it into a well-ordered fighting machine. The current Ascendant Legion unit breakdown is simple enough to understand, streamlined enough to work beautifully, and leaves room for the integration of new soldiers and the personalization and customization of different units as they become more story-centric.

Altogether, I think Kodais Solatus is more than deserving of this Steel Cross. Well done, you make the Ascendant House proud.
