His work to AWOL inactive members, run the Tardoku competitions that are monthly, helping set up the Tridens history that is currently in the works. Even with his vast workloud in RL he maintains to be on IRC every chance he gets. His email turn-around is fantastic, same day replies, one all leaders should try to achieve.
