Dark Greetings, I would like to submit to you a proposal for Xan Phraz-Etar to receive a Grand Cross. He had the highest level of activity for the Vendetta and received a Gold Nova for his performance. Xan's level of activity has been very high since the last Great Jedi War. Recently promoted to Aedile, he maintained this high level of activity and great work on top of carrying the mantle of House Summit. He makes himself available to members both new and veterans, ready to offer help where he can. Honestly, I jokingly call Xan a Krithalisk as there's no limits to his interests and abilities. Writer and gamer, Xan attempts everything and sets the example for those climbing in the ranks. For these reasons, I recommend Xan Phraz-Etar receive a Grand Cross. For the Empire! Xan Phraz-Etar was recently appointed to Aedile here in HSP. This happened literally the day before the Horizons vendetta began. However, instead of choking at the additional task of helping lead the members of this house during a vendetta, he stepped confidently into the roll. He hit the ground running and showever everyone in Scholae Palatinae how vendetta activity is done. Xan had a the highest number of events participated in for HSP with a total of 21 events. With that number of participation he also netted the second highest overall score in the house, in part due to helping secure his RO team 3rd place.

While some leaders fail to step up to the plate in these big events, Xan led by example showing everyone in the house how it could be done. Even when the rest of us were finding it hard to finish events in time, Xan was there urging us to give it our all. He led a fine example for everyone in the house to follow. I couldn’t be more pleased with the efforts he made over the last several weeks, but in the vendetta and as AED. For his tremendous efforts, Xan has more than earned this Grand Cross.
