20 Nov, 2014 Transferred from Rogue to Odan-Urr Event ID 114366 Source Unit Rogue Destination Unit Odan-Urr Primary reason When I returned to Tarentum a year ago and took up charge as it's Aedile, the unit was in a completely different state and I felt it needed some old school reawakening. While HOU had been made my home, I couldn't bare to watch a unit suffer when I have such strong feelings for it. Since that time the unit has made great strides and seems to have reclaimed a sense of direction for itself and its member and while I am happy for their development I miss the community that I was apart of in Odan-Urr. Both these units have earned my loyalty but I cannot serve both. I wish Tarentum the best of luck, and look forward to meeting my friends on the battlefield in the next GJW. To Odan-Urr, I wish to rejoin the House I helped Ji, Solari, and so many others start and look forward to joining the new progress the house has made while I was away. Raiju put his heart and soul into Tarentum as its Aedile. He pitched the idea for Ravaged, our long-running competition series. Then he planned out the story line, wrote the prologue and the first chapter, and organized the competitions. It went smoothly for the most part, and it was one of the first big cohesive events we've done in a long time. While doing all of that he also managed our Master/Student Program, took the initiative to email some of our old friends in the Rogues and tried successfully in a couple of cases to convince them to come back, emailed new members as they came in, and helped keep up on advancement for our Journeymen. Many of these things he did on his own initiative, which is one of the things I admire the most about him: he notices something that needs to be done and he just goes and does it. He has a strong leadership sense and the experience to back it up. It's a terrific quality in an Aedile, although at times I felt he was giving me a run for my money.
