Clan leadership is one of the most important aspects of our club, and Clan leaders are highly valued due to their often thankless job of keeping members engaged and retaining their interest among the many other distractions presented outside our club. Elincia is one of those leaders that, despite the heavy burdens of his position/s, gives his everything to the members of his Clan.

Eli has spent most of his time since his last promotion in his Clan’s Summit. First as Rollmaster for 8 month, than Proconsul for a year, and finally as Consul for nearly a year and half. To say that his service has been long and noteworthy would be an understatement. Under Eli’s leadership Clan Scholae Palatinae has finished third during the latest Great Jedi War, as well as the Rite of Supremacy: Meridian which are achievements that speak for themselves. His contributions to his own Clan were no less impressive with several clan events under his belt such as Daybreak, Expansion and Halloween Horror Night 2018, being the most recent.

Since his last promotion he has organized a total of 54, co-organized 57 and actively participated in 112 competitions. He has written 18133 words of Fiction for his Clan, earned several dozen Seals, a Scroll of the Master and, most importantly, an Amethyst Kukri. His other awards end up in the hundreds, including merits and competition awards.

Being Consul and a Clan leader isn’t just about results, however. The job requires tact, a level head and patience to listen to members, evaluate their opinions and implement the best decisions based on what is best for the Clan and the Club. Eli has shown the excellent ability of balancing the needs of his clan members with the needs of the Club as a whole (including other Clans). His conduct with us specifically, and with the other Consuls, has been extremely positive, goal-driven and member-focused. His ideas and opinions are refreshing to read and discuss and weigh in on our own opinions and decisions in the best of ways. And in his handling of disruptive or troublesome members, Eli has been calm, patient and dedicated, both to our members and to the Brotherhood, more than demonstrating the attitude and commitment an Elder requires.

Eli is an outstanding member as well as an outstanding leader who takes his job seriously and does it competently and fairly. These are the qualities looked for in elders, therefore it is our pleasure to elevate Adept Elincia Rei.
