Primary reason: Celahir Erinos, heh. If you'd asked anyone in the clan other than me who he was before the GJW, they'd have told you he was a Tarenti transfer who didn't seem to do much, as he'd been a JH for four years and (other than IRC presence) seemed to be a low-key member content to idle. Boy did he prove them wrong. Celahir was instrumental in the GJW codebreakers, as well as participating where he could in other events, such as the Poetry and Graphics etc. On top of that, he made it to DJK after the war and then participated in every event in Arcona. Literally. In the Great Hunt, he was the third top scorer in the clan (second only to his brothers Zandro and Juda) and set a sterling example to his Battleteam, Soulfire (a prestigious title within the clan, as the BTL for Soulfire is often fast-tracked for promotion) which he led ably for a few months. Also, he was able to actually get activity from the old timers in Soulfire such as Malidir and Zandro outside of a Vendetta, which in itself is remarkable, as nothing short of an earthquake is likely to rouse them outside of a war, so mad props to him for that. 

After serving with dinstinction as Soulfire's BTL, he moved onto Quaestor of House Qel-Droma - a formidable job, as his predecessor set high standards. Celahir slipped naturally into the role and due in large part to his popularity in the clan (having no issues with ANY of the members in Arcona, in fact his easy-going nature is something of a signature within the cland and a WELCOME change to all the in-fighting that seems to infect my little clan of sociopaths and primeordial queens). Celahir is now a rising star in Arcona, and has swiftly become indispensable as an assistant (given that my Proconsul has RL issues atm, so I'm without any clan-level attaches). He is always available to give his opinion on anything clan-related, he often helps out gathering information for me, and I can rely on him to speak his mind, even when he disagrees with me. He is the voice of reason and temerity withing the clan, without compromising our reputation or image and is everything an Arconan should aspire to be. This promotion is well-deserved and I hope it'll be the first of many I get to write.

Primary reason: For participation in creating, discussing, refining and executing Project Shadesworn within Clan Arcona. The leaders were required to provide direct, concise feedback on the initial outline, ratify the final copy and execute the plan of action set in place. This involved lots of late night & early morning discussions, lots of e-mails, absurd amounts of contact with subordinate leaders, the honored Arconae and fielding the concerns of the members themselves.

Each member was crucial in helping pick new Clan Force Powers (based in Star Wars canon), helping shape the "Shadesworn" identity (history, overview, specifics), creating & reviewing fictional elements (Shadow Oath fiction, Shadow Disciple fiction, etc), as well as assisting in creation of new administrative tools (clan-wide activity tracker, leadership efficiency tool, shadesworn@gmail, etc). In addition, the discussions stimulated future projects and tightened the margin for error with Project Reb00t.

Everyone did a lot of work and not every question had an easy answer. I am, however, extremely proud of every member whom helped shape the documents and gave it their all.

He has performed every task I have asked him to including but not limited to; updating the Soulfire wiki article, running comps and reporting regularly. Recently while I was away on an unavoidable extended absence (one month IRL time), Cel rose to the occasion and capably administered one of the largest and most active factions within the Brotherhood and ran a successful clan wide competition at my direction.
