I've watched Mali became an exceptional leader. From taking on the challenge of Aedile into becoming Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh, his focus has always been, 'Are they having fun?'
He strives to build activity, by running comps, participating in events himself and driving the rest of his house to do so as well. He has always made himself available to answer any questions and personally guides the Journeymen, taking particular interest in how they are doing. He has striven to make CNS a better clan and I couldn't ask for a better Quaestor. Malisane de Ath has more then deserved this promotion.

Sith Warrior Malisane De Ath is probably one of the most hard working, loyal and dedicated members of Clan Naga Sadow. From the time he took the Aedile position of House Ludo Kressh to now after his ascension to the position of Quaestor he has worked tirelessly to improve the status, morale and over all activity of his house and bring it to new levels of excellence. What's most striking about this is not his consistent hard work but his attitude. This man perseveres for the clan and asks nothing for himself. He lifts up others while doing nothing to elevate himself above the common member. He has shown time and again in speech and in action that he values everyone of the people under his authority and that he sees himself as their leader not their lord. His work, his loyalty, and his attitude towards leadership and the Brotherhood are all why Malisane deserves to be promoted to Sith Battle Master. I hereby put forth my wholehearted recommendation for the promotion of this exceptional individual.

In the time Ive been with the Dark Brotherhood, Ive not served with a more supportive and encouraging member than Sith Warrior Malisane de Ath. He has been instrumental in my enjoyment and fulfillment within the club, personally taking an interest in my career.
In fact, without his glowing recommendation as to my own promotion, I doubt said promotion wouldve been granted without more difficulty. His service as Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh has been more than faithful, and his attention to the membership in his charge is admirable and without parallel. His own activity, most recently in the Rite of Supremacy, has netted him no less than three Seals of Darkness and a Silver Nova, notably for his outstanding contributions to the Clan Naga Sadow Battleplan submission. The leadership of the club should be attentive, active, and supportive, and Malisane embodies all of these qualities, seemingly without effort.
If there was any member that deserved a promotion, Malisane is definitely one such member. A promotion for Malisane is a direct reflection of the Clubs attitude towards rewarding excellence and leadership by example.

Ever since I joined the Dark Brotherhood, Malisane has been there to encourage me and answer any question I have. When I began taking serious interest in the DB (around the rank of Guardian) Malisane played a key role in my promotions, recommending me any time he could.
Working closely with the clan, Malisane has been a huge asset to CNS, and, if God forbid, can never be replaced if he were to leave.
Malisane: you rock, and don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise.

Malisane is one of the best Quaestors I have seen in a long time, he has been a good leader, inspiring to his fellow Jedi and down to earth in the meanwhile.
I have known Malisane since I came to CNS, He was Aedile back then and about one of the few I could talk to when I entered CNS. During my stay here I have seen Malisane grow onto his Quaestor position, and now that his throne is fully customized, it fits him like a glove.
Malisane is a great person to talk to, he listens to your thoughts even if he doesnt approve of it. He listens to his members and that makes him vital as a leader.
He is a role model for the Journeymen and elder members. and to summerize all of the above: Malisane simply just rocks.

What can I sya about Malisane that will not be said by his fellow leaders? His level of devotion knows no bounds. He is willing to step up and take the lead when no one else can. He is willing to guide people in the right direction and show new faces how fun the DB can be. Whether he is assisting in a clan project as Quaestor or guiding new people as an Envoy, Malisane keeps a calm mind on his shoulders and as neutral a position as he can. I know that I can come to him if I ever had a question and know that I can expect either the answer I'm looking for or a direction towards that answer. Assisting in the creation of a new clan-wide competition, Malisane keeps a creative mind which seems to excite many a member. There is nothing this man will not do and it is due to his hard work and his level of dedication that I believe Malisane deserves Sith Battlemaster.

Malisane De Ath is one of the best and hardest-working members of this entire Clan. To date, he has amassed since his last elevation on 6/6/06:
1 Dark cross, 1 GC, 14 seals, A CrT, 3 CrS, a CrA, a gold nova, 2 silver novas, and a ruby scepter.
Malisane participates in a tremendous number of competitions, writes wiki pages for the Clan, participates in the PA, works hard as the leader of the Envoys, and produces fine competitions and run-ons. He has served extremely well in every leadership position he has had, including Aedile and later Quaestor of House Ludo Kressh. The House has grown and prospered mightily under his lead. I see him as one of the best Quaestors we have ever had.
We as a Clan are fortunate to have him around, and the Clan Conclave has recommended that he be elevated in recognition of his long and outstanding service to Clan Naga Sadow. I agree whole-heartedly.

There's something to be said about consistency, and Malisane is consistent. I trust him to do his job whenever. Malisane is incredibly mature and patient, and has been a huge amount of support for the clan as well as for me personally. If Malisane were not in this clan during tough times for me, I probably would not have lasted as long as I have. I have a tendency to get overly emotional and to overreact to things, but it is Malisane who keeps me calm and rational. Malisane is one of the few members of the DB who hasn't aligned himself with others. Malisane is also one of the few people in the DB I consider my friend. He is someone I enjoy knowing in the DB and I think wouldn't mind meeting in real life.
Malisane has earned the respect of a lot of people in the clan who I didn't expect support from, and I find that remarkable. That is because Malisane is unassuming. Malisane doesn't have any hidden agendas. It is very hard these days to find people like Malisane, those who are mature and not overtly aggressive, and yet not burned out by a long time in the DB. We all have a lot to learn from people like Malisane, myself included.
We've been promoting a lot of people to Sith Battlemaster in the clan lately, and it seems awfully strange that Malisane has been left behind as a Sith Warrior. So here it is.
