Today I have the unique privilege to submit this request, not only as the Proconsul of Clan Plagueis, but also as the Master of JH Julius 'Tolter' Caesar. I have had the privilege of watching his knowledge and experience within the Dark Brotherhood and Clan Plagueis expand to exceptional lengths. He has proven to be one of the most diehard members that the Clan has seen in quite some time, and is a shining example of what we expect from our next generation of members. The detailed reasons for his elevation to this sacred rank is as follows:

Two months ago he embarked upon the Knight Trials of Clan Plagueis with the hopes of one day becoming a Dark Jedi Knight, and further enhancing the power of Clan Plagueis and House Satal Keto. Julius tackled the Trials with much enthusiasm and determination, and throughout this he has shown great dedication to completing every task set before him. To date he has completed the following:

1. Participated in both a Clan and the GJW Run-on.
2. Completed the Leadership Fundamentals, Leadership Applications, and Leadership Studies courses at the Shadow Academy.
3. Written several pieces of Fiction (including his story of creating his lightsaber which is posted on the CP MB forums).
4. He's submitted an entry in the GJW "Field Reporter 1" event which is most likely to earn him a placing in the final awards.
5. Participated in numerous competitions and activities within the Clan, House and his BT.
6. Ran both a House and Battleteam Competition.
7. Earned 3 Dark Crosses
8. Earned 3 Crescent's with Emerald Stars
9. Earned 1 Crescent with Topaz Star
10. Earned 1 Crescent with Quartz Star
11. Serves as Rollmaster/Envoy of House Satal Keto. This was a brief stint, but he was honest enough with both his House and Clan Summits to admit that the position just didn't suit him. He could have done like many that are position/rank hungry and just stayed in the position and ride it out until his next promotion. But to me this is a true sign of honor and loyalty that he put his House and Clan first, his personal ambitions last. ;)

Based on his accomplishments thus far, I feel that Julius 'Tolter' Caesar has more than meet the requirements for consideration of elevation to Dark Jedi Knight. He exemplifies the type of member that Clan Plagueis has come to expect, and is always there to help others when needed. One day he may make an exceptional Equite, as well as Aedile or Quaestor.

DJM Sarin, CON of Clan Plagueis, and KP Orzon, Clan Envoy of Plagueis have both signed off on this promotion request. Having completed the Knight Trials of Plagueis, I hereby request that Julius 'Tolter' Caesar be promoted to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight without further delay!

As Pronconsul of Clan Plagueis, and Master of Guardian Julius Caesar, I hereby request this promotion to Jedi Hunter. Since his promotion to Guardian, Julius Caesar has been highly active and dedicated to reaching the rank of Jedi Hunter. This is but the next step in his quest to reach the coveted rank of Dark Jedi Knight. Since his promotion to Guardian, Caesar has earned 2 Dark Crosses, a Crescent w/Topaz Star, and 2 Crescents w/ Quartz Stars. In addition, he has completed five SA Courses; Advanced Test of Wisdom, Sith Flight Studies I: ISET, Sith Flight Studies II: ESET, Lightsaber Basics, and the ICQ Studies. He has also ran and judged a competition for House Satal Keto titled "Kill That Rabbit!" in homage of the Easter holiday, and also as a task assigned to him by the former QUA of HSK, DJK Kromtal Stormfyld. As his Master he was tasked with writing a fictional accounting of his family bloodline going back four generations, which he also successfully completed. As the Battleteam Leader for Keto's Vengeance, he has served his team with loyalty and devotion, ensuring that his team members are properly looked after and any matters are handled in a time manner. He runs regular competitions and activities for his team, and is always looking for new ways to improve the team further. Caesar has also recently expressed interest in one day becoming an Envoy within HSK so that he may offer assistance and mentoring to new members and provide them with the same opportunities and knowledge that he has gained. GRD Caesar has accomplished and met all of the requirements per the Clan Plagueis Promotion Guide and the Plagueis Master/Student Program to be granted this promotion to Jedi Hunter. Julius, as your Master I am proud of your dedication and activity as a Student of the Dark Arts. As your Proconsul, I am equally honored to have such an active and loyal member within Clan Plagueis.
