Primary reason: Part of transitioning into a new position is to make sure the people that supported said position are awarded for their efforts. I haven't spent any time with the members of the ACC Staff, but I know each has done an admirable job of handling the regular activity and qualification matches over the past few months. Unfortunately, I can't know of all they did behind the scenes while working for my predecessor, so I hope this small token lets them know their work was appreciated. Hopefully, when the time comes that the staff needs to grow, they'll be willing to return to their work.
