I’m requesting this Dark Cross for one of my two amazing BTLs, Etah. Etah pulled through rl difficulties involving college/university…whatever you silly Americans call it, to get in entries to the Dark Crusade’s first two weeks of events. He also motivated his team, Spectre Cell to send in entries. Etah’s hard work helped net his wiki team 4th place in the Krayiss II wiki event. He also submitted entries to The Hunt and the SA Encryption course. Etah is one of my stalwart Galereans who I can rely on to work hard when I need them most. Thank you for all your hard work, Etah. Keep it up mate.

I am honoured to be recommending Etah for this Dark Cross for his hard work and dedication as Battleteam Leader of Spectre Cell, as well as his activity during Dark Crusade Phase I. He has been a constant pillar of leadership and activity inside of House Galeres as one of the two Battleteam Leaders.

Though the above recc speaks about his activity inside of Dark Crusade, I will be speaking about his time as a leader of the Battleteam and what he does above and beyond the call of duty. During Dark Crusade, Etah continued to lead his team from the front lines; he was hard working and active, even sending out a motivational email to get members of his team working once again. He is constantly active and participating, and during his time he is expanding the fictional development of his team. Getting members of his team involved in creating and developing the future of Spectre Cell, making them work as one unit.

For all of the reasons above and his dedication to his team, and its members I feel he is deserving of this reward. Keep up the hard work for us Etah you are doing a brilliant job man.

I'm writing this recommendation for Etah to receive a Steel Cross for his work in 'Beyond the Horizons', the Feud between Arcona and Plagueis. Etah placed 4th in the Battleplan, as well as participating in [Week 1] Acronyms, [Week 1] Graphics, [Week 1] Poetry, [Week 1] Flash Game (QWOP), [Week 1] Trivia, [Week 2] Trivia, [Week 2] Graphics and he also helped his team to 4th place in the Run-on. Etah's hard work extended further than just participating in the Feud. He also encouraged members of his Battleteam to participate, both of whom assisted their teams greatly, as well as contributing to the overall activity and score of House Galeres. I am proud to be writing a recommendation for Etah to receive a Steel Cross. His participation in the feud was outstanding as well as his hard work and willingness to get the job done. He was given a team that he didn’t know an asked to work with them, a task that he got straight onto by emailing the whole team, as the email chain grew so did the direction of the Run-on as well as the participation that the whole team undertook. He helped his team secure third place and made himself a valued member of the team, giving input and participating as much as possible. From this he learned a new set of skills as well as participating he was also driving his own Battleteam to do the very best they could, leading by example as well as staying in touch with them. I would hereby to like to award Etah with a Steel Cross for his contribution to Arcona’s domination in Horizons by participating in seven events. These events were: Week 1 Poem, Week 1 Multimedia, Week 1 ID Scan, Week 1 Trivia, the Week 2 Battleplan, the Wiki event and the Run-On Etah helped his RO team to first place, putting out two posts, as well as securing third place for his team in the wiki event and fourth place for his team in the Battleplan event.

Etah has also created several documents that will be forming the basis of updating Galeres’ history and background. Having over 10,000 words easily in these articles will help the project members immensely and give them a starting point on future projects. Etah has also taken time out to create graphics for Galeres and Spectre Cell, despite not being in the Battleteam. Etah is one of my stalwarts in Galeres. Whenever I need something done, Etah is there, volunteering his services and making my life easier. Whenever an event occurs, Etah is there, participating and drumming up activity. I can’t picture Galeres without Etah and I’m sure Etah can’t either. Congratulations on your Steel Cross, Etah.

Etah has been relatively quiet since the War, but has always been around to help with a wiki article, or to remind the summit of a project they may have overlooked. He really stepped it up in the Trials of Loyalty, placing 4th overall with 100% participation. He has helped contribute some great work to the Port Ol'val Wiki, which in itself is a great service to Clan Arcona's fictional development. His team came 2nd overall in Trials of Loyalty - "Team Fucking Awesome."
