I am honored to present Xeipha for induction into the Equite ranks today. She has served House Galeres and Clan Arcona as an active and loyal member for quite some time, and enriches our chat rooms and culture with her mere presence. She has more than earned her place as an Equite I.

Since her last elevation, Xeipha has participated in 35 competitions and co-organized 1 competition. She has submitted 2 PvE Activities, smashed 24 courses in the Shadow Academy, and earned herself two Dark Side Degrees. She has collected an Anteian Cross, 18 crescents (2 Cr-D, 6 Cr-R, 5 Cr-A, 2 Cr-S, 3 Cr-E) with over a 50% placement rate, 70 Clusters of Earth and 1 Scroll of Indoctrination (for recruit Ve’lira). She is regularly active in both Clan and House Chat (GIF Queen) - driving morale and contributing to the ideas and direction of the Clan. She is also one of our most active artists; regularly participating in the DB Art Chat, sharing her work, and encouraging others to post theirs.

Xeipha has been a consistently active presence within Arcona. With her cheery discussions and her fiery determination -- demonstrated by her submissions, participations and, crucially, her victories -- Xeipha has been a model member to those Knights in Arcona who look for inspiration for their progression beyond the Journeyman ranks.

Xeipha has most recently been recognised by the Combat Master in his latest report for her stellar submissions to the There’s A GIF For That competition. This was a stellar demonstration of Xeipha’s subtle and nuanced understanding surrounding Character Sheets, skills and feats. This award is a very tangible example of Xeipha’s capability, her drive, and her inherent talent.

For too long has Xeipha watched on the sidelines as others progressed through the ranks. She has a heart of gold and an enviable talent in any platform she chooses to pursue. I am proud to be supplementing Braecen’s recommendation for her elevation to Equite I and I hope to be recommending her for further promotions/accolades in the very near future.

Xeipha - known also to us as Miya, or Cass - is nothing short of one of the sweetest gems in this club. Though less boastful than some in nature, her quiter, positive presence is a constant boon to her House and Clan, and all other aspects of the Brotherhood that she touches. Her humour and thoughtfulness show themselves in her every action, from her many competition submissions - fictions, GIFs, artwork, and so on, placing in several high-level events like the May Fourth Celebrations - to her day to day interactions in chat and email. It should come as little surprise that, just as our members grow beyond Knighthood after completing their Journeymen trials, so too has Miya grown beyond the boundaries of herself or Arcona. She has, as her Aedile and I will testify, become a notable member in the Brotherhood Art Club, encouraging others to create while sharing her own creations. This regard has touched over into her recruitment drive, as she brings more members like her new apprentice, Vel'ira, into the club to explore Star Wars and develop their art. That appreciation of helping others grow, of giving back and expanding our club, has reached other areas, most notably in Miya's own organization of competitions, especially the playlist competition she developed in order to encourage 45 members to further explore their characters, reflect on their character sheets, and incorporate music into their developmental and fiction-writing repetories.

Miya, then, is the budding example of what every Equite should be - patient, tireless, hardworking, kind, and a model of leading by example in the effort to better not just oneself, but all others. She sees opportunities to do so and firmly grasps them, pointing the way for her peers like moss on a rock pointing home to civilization (trust me on this one). For all her dedication and effort, I'm delighted today to be welcoming her into the ranks of Equitehood. Congratulations.

An unsung hero of our Gaming House, she has elevated herself over the past two years to become a preeminent force in the Grand Master’s Royal Guard. For all of her hard work and dedication, I am proud to see her raised to Equite I.

Since her last elevation, she has submitted to 39 competitions, dueled in 29 PvP Matches, logged 48 PvE Activities, and completed 5 Shadow Academy courses. She has collected 2 Anteian Crosses, 7 Crescents (2 Cr-A, 4 Cr-S, 1 Cr-E), 10 Pendants of Blood, 753 Clusters of Fire, and 1243 Clusters of Earth. Additionally, she has become a true member of Galeres. No longer just Ernordeth’s wife, she is a House - and Clan - favorite to game with on either Xbox One or Playstation 4. When I think about the Brotherhood’s ever expanding growth into console gaming… and all the members we receive in our community due to it… I never have to think further than Seren. Puer-Irae. As soon as you hear that name, you think God of Gaming, “GoG” for short. Seren does not buck that trend. I mean, who in their right mind earns a total of 1,996 clusters without want for award, recognition or praise? Seren. That’s who. And to have not only participated enough to earn this staggering amount of Clusters, but to have also competed to the point of multiple victories? Well, that’s something in and of itself.

Braecen has done a stellar job of highlighting the hard facts. Seren has been exceptional in her participation, in her placements, and in representing the wider Clan as one of the primary gamers in Arcona. She is one of the rising talents of the “New Age” members, and has been nothing short of relentless in her pursuit of absolutely gaming dominance. She has most recently been active in the Sins of the Past - Episode I competition string, and has been a driving force in the Arcona Gaming Dominance competition series.

Shadow Nighthunter has been a consistent source of activity within Scholae Palatinae for quite some time, and has been at the rank of Sith Warrior for one year and three months. The numbers alone tell a story of a member who has maintained a consistent and high grind of activity over a long period of time, since her last promotion, she has organised 11 competitions, and participated in 59. This competition participation has earned Shadow 20 crescents ranging from Ruby to Quartz.

Shadow's 11 competitions organised highlight her contribution to clan life, able to bring others into the fold while maintaining a high level of activity herself. Furthermore, Shadow was the recruiter and master of Alara Deathbane. Alara is one of the most exciting new members we've had in Scholae for a long time, and Shadow's recruitment and mentorship of her, as well as bringing back Brandon Tarsus from the rogues, serves to ensure continuing development and growth of the clan.

In more recent times, Shadow has founded her own Battle Team: Battle Team Tacitus Athanasius, which she has now led for three months. The idea behind the battleteam was Shadow's from start to finish, and has provided an excellent additional route for members to develop the fictional background of their characters.

For 15 months of dedicated activity, recruitment, mentorship and leadership, I recommend Shadow Nighthunter for the rank of Sith Battlemaster. Congratulations!

I have to say that I've not been present since Shadow's last elevation, but the numbers speak by themselves. Eli has been more than thorough in his recommendation so I'll try to limit mine to the experience I have with her.

Shadow has been extremely diligent when it comes to the Brotherhood in the past six months. With a good presence in our clan chat and a well moderated attitude toward her colleagues, she has kept a steady rythm of activity while being the master of Alara Deathbane until she reached the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

She has been there to take on a hard project like creating a Battleteam for our House which was sorely needed and has followed a straight pattern managing and evolving it to a full fledged unit with a good fictional background and a good participation rate of its members.

As I stated at the beginning of my recommendation, I can only speak of what I've been witness of, and if this is the kind of behavior that Shadow has been showing, considering her time spent in her actual rank, I think she has done more than enough to prove herself worthy of a promotion.

This is the kind of member that every leader of an unit wishes for themselves, and it is for me a pleasure to see that her efforts are finally recognized and our Clan Summit decides to take a step forward and create this request.

Shadow Nighthunter remains our constantly driven and dedicated assassin. Her passion shows clearly through her development of Tacitus Athanasius, the first battle team ever formed in House Excidium. It shows clearly through the members she has brought to the club, both new such as Alara, and old, such as Brandon. She has had a solid chain of activity, shown by her 74 total participations, coupled with 21 crescents earned, 215 Clusters of Fire, 17 Clusters of Ice, 10 Clusters of Earth, a Scroll of Indoctrination, a Scroll of the Master, a Legion of the Scholar, a Steel Cross, an Anteian Cross, and a Dark Cross. Shadow has also gone on to run 11 competitions herself, leading to some more great activity within the clan.

But looking beyond the numbers, Shadow simply cares. And that is something often lacking within members in this club. She has been hard at work promoting the growth and strength of the battleteam in the house as their Battleteam Leader. Frotsu has been a busy member of Taldryan. When he joined 5 months ago he dove right into gaming, and since then he has marched ever forward. In this small time since he has been around he has managed to do some incredible things. I truly am amazed by his devotion and continuous activity. In the past months, Frotsu has taken home a Crescent with Amethyst Star, and a Crescent with Emerald Star. Out of the 4 competitions that he has participated since his last promotion, he has done well and earned those shinnies. In the gaming world he has earned 4 Pendants of Blood, and an incredible 220 Clusters of Fire since his last promotion. Through this he has made his way to rank 5 in the Grand Master's Royal Guard. He has also earned 1 Cluster of Ice for his work in the "I'd like to introduce myself competition.
