Blade Ta'var continues to make a name for herself as a talent, driven, and resourceful member. But beyond her successes in the ACC, her curbstomping JA performances, and consistent interaction with members from around the club, we simply know her as Blade, the warrior doge, who will stop at nothing to be the best there ever was. Since her promotion to EQ1, Blade has gone on to advance from AED to QUA, leading House Excidium from the front lines. She is constantly in communication with her house, reinforcing her dependable nature as she helps provide resources they need to become even stronger members.

When placed with a problem, or opportunity, she is relentless in her efforts to push it forward. This can be seen in her efforts to make Excidium more active, give Excidium a new fictional direction (along with some lovely flow charts) or in her many page proposals regarding things from ideas for clan members "roles" to a fleet useable in Excidium's unique fictional setting. When she has an idea she gives 110% to make sure it is seen and understandable. But she also understands not everything is doable, and when approached with a roadblock, she knows how to step back and reassess the situation to get around it. Blade truly is the kind of leader we hope all leaders can be like.

But Blade isn't just a leader, she is a member of the highest caliber. Consistently active, consistently driving forward to victory, she pushes herself, and those around her to be even better. Since earning EQ1, Blade has gone on to participate in some 66 different competitions, including nearly all of the competitions in our recent Midnight event, where she took 1st place overall. Blade sitting at the top of the leaderboard is now a very common sight. Her efforts in the last several months have gone on to earn her 2 Steel Crosses, 1 Bronze Nova, 6 Diamond Stars, 1 Ruby Star, 14 Amethyst Stars, 9 Sapphire Stars, 4 Emerald Stars, 3 PoBs, 170 Clusters of Fire, 68 Clusters of Ice, and 1 Legion of the Scholar.

I know Blade will continue to go far in this club, and I cannot wait to see just what mayhem and powerhouse ideas she ends up setting up along the way. She is definitely ready to advance on to the rank of EQ2. Congratulations Blade! Drinks are on you!

Blade Ta'var is not a difficult member to correlate into numbers, she games hard, he excels in writing, she partakes in every competition she can fit into her busy schedule. Blade makes it her undying duty to become the shining example of participation for the Excidiacs she leads. But it is her persona and human side that really struck me. That told me Blade is ready to ascend.

Proposal after idea after brainstorm, Blade works her hardest to deliver the highest caliber of goods for her members. She listens intently, she writes down their ideas and fights their case for a better Brotherhood. Her passion for her members is unrivaled and a marvel to watch. It was an honour to serve with her for the two months she was my Aedile, but now as a Quaestor I can watch her flourish.

Blade's activity record is absolutely monstrous, the numbers of which, stated in Xen's request, put her in the very top tier of the club's active members, combining ability and quality with raw quantity of submissions. Blade enters everything and tries her best in all of it, earning every crescent from Diamond to Emerald, as well as a bronze nova, and first place overall in the two latest clan wide events. 12 Diamond Crescents in one year is not something that happens by chance.

We are very lucky to have such an active and talented member in our ranks. Blade is a powerhouse of activity who truly leads by example in her role as QUA of Excidium, a role in which she is constantly churning out new original proposals for ideas to develop the fictional setting of her house.

Blade's accomplishments are more than worthy of an Equite 2.

Blade is a force all her own, and an unstoppable one at that. Competition after competition, she strives to do her very best and consistently her efforts pay off with another win to her name. A fantastic listener, amazing problem solver, idealist, brainstormer, all around powerhouse of a QUA, she is someone I know I can take a page from. I have great deal of respect for Blade and what she does, and I cannot thank her enough for every bit of the hard work she is always putting into everything she does.
