To get to Equite four is something special not many members get to this rank in the brotherhood, but to be ready to move and join the ranks of the Elders is a achievement very few make. I am proud to be able to recommend Sashar for this promotion, his dedication to the clan and loyalty has made him stick out as one of Arconan’s finest. His work as Consul has seen Arcona achieve many things and grow to be the extremely proud clan that it is today.

Since his last promotion Sashar has achieved a lot of medals, even though he was in leadership, he found the time to be able to participate in competitions, leading by example. He managed to achieve the following medals: Crescent with Emerald Star x3, Crescent with Topaz Star, Crescent with Quartz Star. Seal of Bone x2, Cluster of Ice x7, Crescent with Ruby, Pendant of Blood and Legion of Scholae x2:. This is an impressive amount of medals considering his high level of activity as a Leader he found the time to manage to achieve all of the medals above. As well as getting the medals above his hard work has not gone unnoticed and he has been rewarded with merit medals. He has managed to achieve two Dark Crosses, each for his hard work on Project as Consul of the clan. His loyalty has also been rewarded recently with a Seal of Loyalty for his hard work. Racking an impressive amount of medals was merely scratching the surface when it comes to Sashar hard work.

Since I have joined Clan Arcona, I have only seen good things coming from Sashar as a Consul. When I first joined he was willing to help, and helped me settle down in the Clan, something that I can tell you took some time, I was surprised to find a Consul so determined to make this club fun and enjoyable quickly. He has helped me out and a lot of other members getting to grips with how the club works, being a mentor and a friend to all of use in his free time.

When I moved into the position of Quaestor of House Galeres, Sashar was seen doing many projects for the Clan in which he put his time and dedication to making sure they were completed effectively and quickly. One of the main ones in which I saw him managing over was the Reboot project involving a lot of time writing and looked over how to make it work, he also made sure that it work properly, this was a major success and is currently still being ran in Clan Arcona. He also was the head of the Shadow Sworn project, this was a massive thing for the clan as it aimed to pick our clan powers, as well as at that moment in time it the writing behind it, overall Sashar has proved that he is always doing things for the clan first, and never thinking about himself whenever he does something, a noble feet that he deserves being rewarded for.

I have the privilege of knowing Sashar as a leader and a friend, and he is always motivating the Clan. The prime example of his leadership was when he was Consul he oversaw Clan Arcona taking first place in a Great Jedi War. This is no easy feat by any means as they took the first place from Tal, something everyone in the Clan help achieve, but Sashar’s leading showed determination and that that he made sure that Clan Arcona did the very best they could. Overall being a Consul for over a year, he has seen Arcona continue to grow and expand in the time that he lead it, his dedication will have him remembered, and even though he has stepped down. I know that he will always be there keeping an eye on things, and for this I thank him.

If anyone deserved this promotion it would be Sashar, his hard work has proven more than worthy of the promotion to the rank of Dark Side Adept, and for all his hard work I thank him. Congratulations Sashar.

Sometimes, it is easy to forget the great things about a person in exchange for the little things. The tiffs people have, the arguments that boil people's blood, the intense exchanges that simply leave a member angry or speechless. We've all had those moments, and it makes us forget the great work a member may have done and should be recognized for.

Sashar Arconae is a man who does not agree with everyone. He does not bend over backwards for a cause he does not believe in. He does not tolerate a flimsy or selfish resolve. He is extremely vocal, blunt, forceful, and opinionated - and because of that, he is one of the most charismatic, hard-working, selfless people and leaders I have ever had the privilege to work with. He is a powerhouse, a diplomat, a storyteller, a director, a coordinator, and a friend.

Sashar, or Dash as many people call him, loves his clan and the club. He has been able to bring members of Arcona and other units together in his tenure as Consul, ending tensions and forging new alliances with Tarentum, CNS, CP, and CSP. I have witnessed him attempting to rebuild bridges among various clan and now house leaders, even after he finally was able to step down from the top position after having to cover for various other slips in leadership. I have witnessed firsthand the victory he led Arcona to in the GJW, after losing a Proconsul to unexpected conflict. I have witnessed his presence on IRC every day, assisting Arcona leaders as an Arconae and as a mentor. I have seen students he has taught grow and become incredible leaders, trained to step away from infighting within and outside Arcona. Even now, I have had conversations with Dash that always seem to go along the lines of, "I want alliances to stay intact. I don't want conflict to arise. I want everyone to have fun, and for no problems to come up between us or anyone else."

Dash has earned my respect and my friendship, not only for the way he has kept Arcona alive but also for the way he wishes everyone around him to become strong, friendly, and efficient leaders. He sets an examples for others on how to be active, how to be assertive, and how to show enough tough love to keep things orderly. Like I said earlier in this rec, sometimes the little things in the club can offset the many great deeds a leader can do. I believe a promotion to Dark Side Adept, in contrast, can remind others of the great things Dash has done for Arcona and his fellow club members. I believe his activity, presence, and work to make Arcona a strong unit simply cannot be ignored in any way, and it would be a great honor to see my ally and friend be elevated to the rank of the Elders.

Dash has been my rock in the Brotherhood, my foundation. From the day I joined until now, he’s been there for me. His role as godfather of Clan Arcona was critical to our growth as a unit and as individuals, from his constant support and advice to his shrewd decision-making and leadership. Whether he was Proconsul, Consul, or just an advisor, Dash was the most significant figure on Summit.

Arcona has had its ups and downs in the last few years, just like every other Clan. However, Arcona was able to push through and thrive through Dash’s leadership, winning the Great Jedi War and pushing countless members through promotions, and even some members onto the Dark Council. He was not the cold administrator or the distant king that some Consuls have been. He was one of the guys, a man who loved his job and the people he worked with, who was wise and mature, and who was nurturing yet stern. Arcona could not have asked for better.

Dash undertook groundbreaking projects during his reign as Consul, and made Arcona a leader to the other Clans. His policies often influenced the way other Consuls ran their units, helping make the Brotherhood as a whole a better place for regular members and other leaders alike. In the later stages of his time as Consul, he was also considering something of an advisor to other Summits, something that speaks volumes of the respect and trust he had garnered as a leader.

In my mind, Sashar Erinos Arconae is the quintessential Elder. His contributions to the wider Brotherhood and his own unit have gone above and beyond what ninety percent of the members offer, and he is one of the most well-respected members in the Brotherhood still active. Furthermore, he is far from stopping. Although he has passed on the torch to a new leader after about two years of service, he is still a vital advisor to the Arconan Summit.

I eagerly await the day that Dash will be given the greatest honor possible for a man of his stature, a promotion to Elder. I mean, even Strategos was made Elder, and his contributions to Arcona were not quite as notable as those of Dash. I want to thank Dash for his hard work over the years, and the Dark Council for showing everyone that dedication and contributions such as Dash’s are well-rewarded. ~KAP Legorii Kryotek Entar

Sashar has been a model Consul. His approachability and his dedication to Clan Arcona was, and still is, unfaltering. The work he has done to make Arcona the clan it is today is something, which many hope to accomplish, yet few ever do. The sheer amount of work Shashar put into the administrative side of Arcona’s membership, let alone the activities outside of his bracket are enough to warrant recognition. It is common knowledge that the devotion shown by Sashar in his tenure as Consul has both shot Arcona into the top clan listings, winning the last Great Jedi War and secondly, bringing the livelihood of Clan Arcona into Dark Jedi Brotherhood guidelines. Carrying a clan so far can only go to add to the diversity of the Brotherhood, bringing with it competition and adversity, overall making the Dark Jedi Brotherhood a fun and engaging community. It is for this reason I would like to recommend his promotion to Dark Adept. To suggest that Sashar has been an excellent Consul would be unfair. The level of perseverance shown by this talented individual warrants so much more. It is a conundrum as to where to start; however, his legacy is indeed a good example. Celahir’s promotion to ProConsul required a large amount of thought and effort. Sashar knowingly took Celahir on and trained him in the forms of Clan leadership. The extent that the two covered in the short period of tutelage was enough to ensure the solidity of the Clan in the hands of Celahir as ProConsul if Sashar needed him to take lead. This is down to both the breadth and depth the two covered and Sashar’s excellent work on establishing fundamentals. This in itself exemplifies both a strong level of dedication that went into maintaining the work Sashar has done for the clan and has also gone to show that Sashar was able to run Clan Arcona and take someone under his wing at the same time, exemplifying a substantial level of commitment and enthusiasm for the legacy of Clan Arcona.

Furthermore, Sashar’s work in winning the Great Jedi War 9 cannot go unnoticed. During this period, he led Clan Arcona to victory in many if the different subcategories of battle. In the Run on and Codebreaking, Sashar led the clan to a solid victory in spite of many of the Summit being inactive for a variety of reasons. He also maintained a solid presence, being active in both and participating heavily in the Antei Combat Centre. This in itself is worthy of recognition and his strength and ability to juggle his membership with his leadership is tenacious. He brought Clan Arcona from the brink of dissipation onto the map with his leadership and ability to create and maintain bonds, establishing Clan Arcona as a tightly-knit ‘family’ and he has maintained that throughout his tenure as Consul and after. Moreover, Sashar has controlled the level of animosity, which was growing between the clans, making sure that his members, and indeed other clans did not threaten the establishment of such a reputable clan. This in itself goes to show that he did not necessarily aim for the benefit of Arcona, but indeed for the benefit of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood. In addition, Sashar has built bridges that will stand the test of time between clans, helping to repair damage and establish links. This is exhibited through the alliance with Clan Tarentum and the cooling of tensions between Clan Naga Sadow and Clan Plagueis, setting up an event in future with Tsai to bring Clan Naga Sadow and Arcona closer together. One can see that through this he has established strong ties, which spread far across the Brotherhood, maintaining and amending them as he sees fit. This exemplifies the level of dedication he shows to inter-clan relations, trying to establish a strong and solid foundation for the Brotherhood. The sheer amount of time he spends on IRC resolving, helping and developing the substance of the clan is exemplary of his sincere and direct dedication to the Brotherhood also. He has headed the Clan Arcona Shadesworn 1.0 and 2.0 projects, He has co-ordinated the project reb00t and project reb00t reform projects, he has led the team on Wiki Auditing, training reforms and the Clan Plagueis/Clan Arcona feud. Sashar has done all this whilst training up practically the entire summit of Clan Arcona, taking on no less than 10 apprentices, of which 9 have reached DJK, and single-handedly conceptualizing the Clan Arcona fictional background. This is an astounding amount of dedication coming from a single member, whom is more than approachable and willing to help. This in itself goes to show an exemplary member of the Brotherhood, clearly showing the passion he has for the DJB. As a member, Sashar has also acted as a fine example of a model Equite. He helped Arcona place fourth in the Rite of Supremacy, helping Timeros proof-read the entire ACC team’s posts whilst participating himself. He has participated in the Equite ladder, winning all four of his matches, taking down Timeros and Tsai. Furthermore, he has established the clan force powers of Clan Arcona to something more enjoyable and useable within the ACC, something which could not be perceived without a substantial level of commitment.

Overall, Sashar Erinos di Tenebrous Arconae has shown a phenomenal level of dedication to both his clan in and out of leadership and the Dark Jedi Brotherhood as a whole. His wholehearted devotion to putting a debilitated clan back into the rosters and taking it to first place in the Great Jedi War, as well as juggling infighting and political resolutions with other clans is extraordinary. The sheer passion that Sashar exhibits for the Dark Brotherhood warrants his promotion to Dark Adept, let alone the mountain of tasks he has climbed through and completed with exceeding precision. As anybody in the DB can attest to, Dash and I despised one another for years. However, thanks to Celahir, I now count him as one of my best friends in the Brotherhood. Dash is always available for me to spew naive excitement at. However, his real merit for this promotion comes from the vastness of his achievements during his tenure as Arconan Consul over the last two years. Bringing the clan up from what it was, Dash forged Arcona into one of the most tightly knit and loyal groups of friends I'm sure this club has ever experienced. Under his leadership Arcona won the 9th Great Jedi War and performed admirably during the Rite of Supremacy. For Dash everybody in his clan (and several Tarenti) is his apprentice. He fosters growth in writing skill and personality and, as long as he and his friends are treated with respect, is extremely welcoming and helpful. As one of the most brilliant and prolific writers and members the DB has to offer, nobody deserves a promotion to Elder more than Dash. <3 Ji

When one thinks of an Elder within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood, two ideals jump to mind. One, this person has given of their time to make the Brotherhood as a whole a better place to be, either through their efforts as a Dark Councilor or amazing contributions to the Brotherhood at large. The other ideal is the one that fits Dash to a T, and that is a person who has dedicated their entire career to making a Clan within the Brotherhood an amazing place to be through their leadership, activity and loyalty to that Clan; in essence, they have become a pillar and icon within that unit. When I first joined Arcona over a year ago, Dash was no longer the Consul of Arcona, but that did not last for long. When he made his return to lead the Clan once more Dash exemplified for me what it meant to love and serve one of the Clans of the Brotherhood. He is fiercely loyal to the members of the Clan, going so far as to lay his own reputation and status on the line for someone who bears the name of Arcona. He is dedicated to the well-being and success of Arcona as demonstrated by his repeated tenures of leadership within the Clan. And, he strives for excellence within Arcona, the last GJW a testament to this dedication. While Dash may not be the easiest person to get along with all the time, or even be liked by many of his peers in the Brotherhood, no one can deny his efforts and accomplishments on behalf of his Clan. Dash has laid it all on the line to ensure that the success of Arcona is his number one goal, and the long list of accomplishments that he can lay claim to declare him a success: he wrestled away the champion's crown from Taldryan in the last GJW; he created a bond and alliance with Tarentum that is strong and successful for both units; he created a generation of leaders and members within Arcona who will answer the rallying cry of Arcona because of their dedication to him; he has created a morale within the unit that believes there is nothing that cannot be accomplished when the combined forces of Arcona stand together. Sashar Erinos Arconae is the epitome of what Arconans strive for when they enter the Clan. Strong-willed, fiercely loyal, dedicated to the core. He is a legend within our halls. He is an icon for the Clan. When I think about what it means to be an Elder within the Brotherhood, Dash stands out to me as a shining light when the organization is in need of men to look up to. Congrats, Dash, and thanks for all you've done. Driftan Housan

And so, at the close of an era, I turn to a final loose end, and repay one last debt I owe: Sashar Arconae. What is there to say, really? That, of a long line of Arconan leaders, he’s always been the best of us? That, of all of us, he was the one who at long last made true his promises and brought us victory in the Great Jedi War? That of all of us, again and again, he stepped up to help where necessary, never shirking responsibility, never backing down from what needed to be done? That when ‘leadership of Arcona’ turned into this weird version of musical chairs, he sacrificed his time and efforts to us every time we needed a new leader? Or perhaps of his own extraordinary virtues as not just a leader but also a member, with such recent victories in his hands as winning the ACC Equites Ladder and his continuing success in the 2v2 Ladder? No. I should not have to say any of these. Dash’ drive, vision, loyalty, and qualities as a leader are legend, self-evident and frankly, beyond reproach. So let’s instead say how I know him, personally. If I am not Dash’ closest friend in the Brotherhood I’ll have to say that at the very least, I can compete with Strategos for being his oldest. I have at various times been his confidante and advisor, helping him achieve some of his goals. He, likewise, has been my friend and support whenever necessary –which, in the rough and tumble of DJB life, is more often than I care to admit. So this time, let’s talk about the extraordinary humanity with which Dash has acted in his time, be he Consul or not. Far from the...boisterous times of his early DJB leadership efforts, Dash has acted like the picture of the perfect Consul, only very rarely straying from the path of sound leadership. He has helped people calm down when they were upset, intervened in disputes and privately talked sense into people. I, of course, would know. I’ve lost count of the amount of times he has stopped me from doing something spectacularly rash. ;) It is not Dash’ nature to boast of these things, so his extraordinary qualities as a friend to Arcona rather than just a leader have been woefully understated so far. I figured that for once, someone ought to tell on him and make sure that everyone’s big brother gets the Elder status he deserves. -Timeros Caesus Entar Arconae

Well, now it's my turn. Dash has been a veritable force of nature for Arcona since I joined this club a good few years ago. He is a leader in every sense of the word, a fact proven just as much when he is in a position as when he isn't. He is always there for the members, he is always there for the summit and he never shirks his duty. He is one of the greatest members Arcona has had the privalige of having. I could go on and on about his various merits and virtues but those before me have done so far better than I ever could, all that remains to say is this; Sashar is more deserving of this promotion than any other member I can care to think of. He is Arcona and I for one am proud to call him my clanmate and friend. Congratulations Dash, you deserve this and then some. Zandro Savric Erinos

There are few people in this brotherhood who have impacted us all on such a scope so as to be called elders. We get hundreds of youngbloods, thirsty for position, for rank, and they are the fodder of the journeymen. Those who find new strength and mature within the club become the equites. These rare few help to define their houses, their clans, working within the structure to make things better. These are those who are often honoured as elders within their clan, granted the clan title, and fade into relative obscurity rather than press onward to larger things.
Dash is not one of these. Sashar has not helped to define Arcona, he re-created it from whole cloth. Dash himself gives uch of the credit to Mejas, another great Arconan in his own right, but this is humility. I truly believe that Dash is the best thing to happen for Arcona, and bar none, the best Consul that they have ever had.
That is not enough to hold the title of Elder.
But this is not all he has done. Dash has worked outside of Arcona, too. His involvement with other people, in other houses and clans, has served to bridge gaps between them, to foster a better environment for all in the club. His work on the Armed Forces reset showed that he was capable of working on the larger scale, and of weathering the politics that can come with that responsibility. Dash is one of the few that have looked beyond the local, and saw that for Arcona to survive, the Club has to survive, and took measures to ensure that goal. He did this not out of some goal of power, or of rank, but rather out of love. He has been dragged back to the command chair out of necessity more times than he would really have liked, but each time, serve with vigour and conviction. And through his efforts, I can say that the Brotherhood is a better place than it would be without him. That is the behaviour of an elder, and he has been acting this way for some time now.
