In spite of his recently gained Grand Cross (which I didn't know of until I called up the dossier to make my recommendation), I wish to recommend Krath Priest Spears Tarentae for another Grand Cross based on his work for the Shadow Academy that was not included in the award given by DA Sith Bloodfyre.

Since his appointment as Magistrate and later Praetor to the Headmaster, KP Spears has been an instrumental part in keeping the Shadow Academy flowing smoothly. Not only is he consistently keeping track of the Envoys and course grading, he also is a backup teacher for each and every course on the roster, ensuring an extremely smooth flow of grading. Beyond this, he is always on the lookout for areas to improve and problems to fix. His dedication and reliability in his job is exemplary and I am convinced that in due time, Spears Tarentae will become a candidate for the office of the Headmaster.

It has been a long time for him and I hope that we will work together for a long time to come. I can only wish every Dark Council member an assistant so reliable and able to keep track of everything that needs doing or deciding in the office.

So many thoughts come to mind as I write this recommend. Spears is amazing, that's one of the best ways to describe him. He's always high in his IRC presence, and works constantly to provide new areas of competition, and encouragement to his House, his Team, and the Clan in general. His skill and talent with Graphics shine through, as he does things of his own volition, or even volunteering his skills in creating custom lightsabers for members.

I've also come to admire and respect Spears' dedication, as he provides an example of attitude and humor. Spears is always trying to brighten up peoples' moods, and make this a better place for all. The only thing I could see being a more fitting reward than this is maybe upgrading the partybus to a vacation planet. ;)

I failed to remember these awards, and I must also thank Spears for reminding me about these. This award is for Spears' joint overall 1st place win in my Keepers competition. I had originally intended Crescents, but I feel the Star of Antei is more deserved in this case. Both he and Telona did such excellent work, each taking 1st in an event, and tieing for 1st in another. The dedication they both show is amazing, and Spears always has an attitude that is conducive to an excellent Clan.

Spears was the 3rd member of the team who won the interphyle whodunnit, but he wasn't able to do as much as the others. However, having looked over his service as tetrarch of the Mystics of the Black Arts, and his participation in this most recent competition, I believe he fully meets the qualifications for this award. He is one of the most consistent and dedicated members of this House.

The stepchild of SA courses in terms of takers, the ASP programming curriculum is plagued by the lack of the prerequisite HTML knowledge in the Brotherhood. Spears' explanations go into depth and detail on a complicated subject and I hope that once the gap is filled, his course will see far more graduates.
