Jade has been with the Dark Jedi Brotherhood for a very long time; she's had her active moments and inactive moment but she has always come back and like a dedicated member she's always been around aiding her House and Clan from behind the scene. It's true that members can fall through the cracks and we, as leaders, sometimes miss them. This has been the case here. And this is something I've been planning and trying to rectify since her remarkable talents have come to light as my faithful Battleteam Leader.
However before I go into the juicy stuff lets just see what this remarkable member has earned since her last promotion in 7/4/2007; Dark Side Scroll, six Seal's of Pain, an Anteian Cross, a Dark Cross, 3 Quartz Crescents, 6 Emerald Crescents, and 4 Topaz Crescents. She has taken 5 Shadow Academy courses and received a Dark Maven in Writing.
During all this time she has served as in two Battleteam Leader appointments; her first appointment was Battleteam Leader of Ravana Squadron from 8/2/2007 - 10/6/2007 and then again in 1/20/2008 as Battleteam Leader of the Night Hawks. In that time she had grown from strength to strength. Not only do I have to endure her charming and bubbly personality (which I love so much) constantly on IRC, but she also performs her duties with great consideration for her members. All you need to do is check out all of her twelve Battleteam Leader Reports to see how much of a personal touch she adds. She has also run to a total of 22 comps since her last promotion from battle team to clan wide and judged them all.
House Marka Ragnos wouldn't be House Marka Ragnos without this amazing, incredible and lovely woman. To go further into this she currently has two Apprentices she's training to Knighthood. It can be said that good leadership is what makes a good House; I dont have enough experience as QUA to agree or disagree with that...but what I do know is a leader is nothing without the support and trust that he, or she, gives to fellow members. I know I wouldn't have come this far as a leader if it that not been for the support and trust of members like Jade who want their House, their Clan, grow and be a fun place to be among friends.
So here at the end of the longest promotion recommendation I have ever wrote that I say these words; I, Sith Battlemaster Ashura Megos Isradia, Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos, hereby request the Dark Jedi Knight known as Jades "Imperial" Atema be elevated from the Journeymen class to enter the Equite class, to be promoted to the rank of Krath Priest with all privileges and honours that come with her new rank. Jade, stand tall now, try and hold back those tears... you earned this... you did... congratulations Priestess on a job well done. ^-^

Jade has been a member of the Dark Jedi Brotherhood for a significant amount of time. During her tenure she has taken on a number of leadership positions and has contributed to the Clan in many ways. In this letter I will look through a number of factors in coming to the conclusion that she should be promoted to the level of equite. The reasons for my admission are based upon her activity, leadership, and time.
I feel that the contributions made by Jade since her last promotion warrant the promotion they include an Anteian Cross, a Dark Cross, Six Seals of Pain, Three Crescents with Quartz Stars, Six Crescents with Emerald Stars, Four Crescents with Topaz Stars.
Jade has displayed an ample amount of leadership for this to be a sufficient criterion for her promotion to the level of equite. She has led Ravana Squadron for a number of months and led the Night Hawks for a number of months. During her tenure in these positions she has maintained the Battleteam Roster, run competitions within and outside her team, reported and contributed to House Summit, made promotion and award recommendations for members when needed and continues to set an example in terms of conduct and activity.
Jade has maintained a steady personal level of activity for a period of over six months. It is thus, that after review of the three key criteria which Jade has fulfilled I come to the conclusion that Jade is ready to enter the Equite class.

Jade has been a fine example of a leader. In the few months that she has been a Battleteam leader she has increased activity among her teammates and proven herself to be a fine asset to the clan. Her loyalty is unquestionable and her skills are great. More over she is a quality member who knows when to lead and when to follow never allowing ego or self importance to get in the way of her duties to the clan. Along with these considerations she has been a part of the Brotherhood for close to nine years and while only a Dark Jedi Knight has never complained about her status compared to others who have been around for less time. Jade is a valued member and an even more valued friend, and as such is deserving of this promotion.

Jades 'Imperial' Atema has been a shinning example of what a leader should be. Her numerous competitions have given our journeymen more fun things to do then they can handle and they have loved every one of them. She has constantly provided a presence on IRC to be available to her team and clan members alike and has put out reports timely to keep them in the loop. I have watched the Night Hawks flourish under her tutelage and am proud to have her on my summit. She has participated in numerous comps herself always leading by example and it is with pleasure I recommend her for this promotion to Krath Priestess. Since her knighting Jade has continued to strive to do more for Clan Naga Sadow and the Dark Brotherhood as a whole. Well done, Jade!
