I don't think I would be exaggerating when I say Jala is not only one of the most enthusiastic new members in Taldryan, but also in the club as a whole.
In the short space of time since her promotion, she has entered a total of 12 competitions. 11 of which were from the recent war where she earned herself her first Silver Nova which aided the Clan in earning fourth place overall!
On top of this, she has earned 1 Cluster of Fire and 21 Clusters of Ice. She has elevated her Inquisitorious rank to IV and passed two Shadow Academy courses. She has written 5542 words of Fiction and a further 1928 words in two run on posts.
Whilst not a requirement for an award, I would be remiss if I didn't mention her constant presence in the Tal chat, and as her Master, she is constantly keeping me on my toes with new ideas.

What an enthusiastic member Jala is! She's constantly chatting up anyone and everyone, pitching Run-on and fiction ideas, and generally being the bubbly heart of the Clan. She has a dangerous side too which she showed to us by ticking off all Phase I and Phase II bins and submitting to 15 events! She didn't place in any individual events but her efforts in just getting the work done added up in its own way and we are supremely grateful for her part in helping the Clan snag its highest placing in years!

Dasha, or as we better know her, Jala, is one of the brightest stars rising in the Brotherhood currently.
During her time as Lieutenant, she has gone above and beyond by participating in a total of 58 competitions, more than triple the required amount. Out of all of this, she has earned a total of nine Crescents. Impressive for someone still young in their DJB career.
Jala has been busy in the Shadow Academy as of late. She has reached Rank IV, passed the Rewards and Management Leadership courses and earned her first Dark Maven in Philosophy.
But her accomplishments don't stop there, she is passionate about fiction, having completed well over 3000 words in total to date as well as having organised a competition. (Crazy Crash's Puzzle) a great sign of a member giving back to the Brotherhood community.
Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention her activity in the Taldryan chats. Whilst not a requirement for promotion, she is highly active and always willing to give her input. Something which is fantastic to see.
As both her Master and Aedile, I am proud to request Jala's promotion to Captain. Congratulations, Jala! You earned it.
